I would NEVER and I do mean NEVER come back to this establishment. For starters, when I walked in I was not greeted. Seems to me that almost everyone here has an attitude!!! I get in the chair to get my toes done and she's being a bit rough with handling my feet, the water was a little to hot for my liking so I ask to change the temperature and she just sat there and looked at me with a blank stare as if I was bothering her. As she is doing my toes, she doesn't even ask me do I want to clip my toe nails which in fact I DID want them clipped down some. So she clips them down in a rush and just seems to be over the whole thing. Very very distasteful! Attending to other customers while trying to service me! I would never consider going back to this place. First off, half of the workers seem to have an attitude and don't really care about what you're requesting. I told the lady that did my pedicure that my toenail was clipped at a slant and she was upset to fix it and had every excuse in the book as to why the nail was slanted. I also had to tell her steps that she didn't do while during my pedicure. Totally not a good experience and I won't be back. read more

The pedicures are decent. I went in for a fill and the acrylic looks horrible only after a day. My French tips look awkward and it wasn't worth my already wasted time to have them fix it. Take my advice and spend your money elsewhere. read more

This was only my second time visiting this shop as I don't live nearby, so this could have been a "bad day". I was able to come in and be seen without a wait, it was the day after Christmas, so it wasn't very busy. I had gel polish on from a previous manicure, one lady started to remove the polish with an electric nail drill/file then moved me to another lady to finish. The file was hard and it slipped my nail and cut my cuticle, when she looked away. The polish was not completely removed before she asked me if I wanted a cut down, where I said no just a shape. She didn't bring a bowl to soak my nails, clip my cuticles or anything and when she went to get the polish, I told her that my nails were terribly uneven and rough. She offered to "fix" them and I declined, someone else said I could wait to have another person finish the manicure. I asked to pay for the "polish removal", which was $5 and left. It felt and looked like a rushed job. She kept asking about a pedicure, so maybe that is her specialty as everyone does not always do all services. I did not get her name. They do have a loyalty program and sends text messages with offers and discounts and the shop looked clean. read more

It should have been an instant red flag when I noticed that the place was NOT busy on a Saturday afternoon. An elderly lady, Cindy, did my gel nails. I tried to point out that I had bubbles before she sealed it with the top coat but she kept saying, "it's okay". I took her word for it and assumed she was either going to smooth it out or it was going to disappear after it cured under the UV light. BIG MISTAKE! When I left the salon, the nail polish started curling up on the ends and peeling. I live 20-minutes away and just happened to be in the area so it is not worth driving back to for them to correct the sloppy job. I'm just stuck with these disgusting nails for the next 2-3 weeks. First time visiting, and I enjoyed the look of the place. They were very busy, so I was prepared to wait. I signed in, sat down, and waited. And waited and waited some more. While waiting, 2 people walked in and were sat in chairs. One lady did not sign in, and someone ran to the front and grabbed her. Maybe she's a frequent customer? So...I gave that a pass. But then, another lady came in, and as she was signing her name...someone else ran to the front and got her! At that point...I was like...well maybe they forgot about me? But if that's the case, then what's the point of signing in? So, I tried to politely grab someone's attention...but I felt like I was being ignored. I did not appreciate that they were so ready to great and help "known" customers. So...I left. Guess they didn't want my business. ‍ Would I go back? No. There are too many nail places for me to choose from. So I will not bring going back to one where I felt like I was ignored. read more

Honestly for what you pay you cannot complain. I always get pedicure and a regular manicure. Pedicure usually takes about 45 minutes to an hour and my nails about 20 minutes. The ladies I've had are always kind and let me know how much any extras (gel, deluxe, design, wax) are before starting. read more

I used this nail salon before I moved to Texas. I went the other day to treat my sisters and niece to manicures and pedicures and was extremely disappointed. We repeatedly kept having to repeat ourselves on what we wanted. My technician was trying to pressure me into getting gel, instead of the dip powder that I repeatedly requested. My nails turned out super thick and uneven. I kept having her fix them and finally got tired of trying to explain to her. I will just have my regular tech in Texas redo them. In addition to that, my nail tech was on the phone a big chunk of the time. I was the first to get started and the last one to finish... I got nothing fancy..white matte. On top of that, my purse fell behind the chair and I obviously couldn't grab myself because my feet were in a tub of water. The technician did not get it for me or even offer. So someone else did. What I didn't know was that my retainer had fallen out of my purse. When I realized The next morning, I called them four times. Each time, I was told that it wasn't there and that they had looked. Before I headed to the airport, I decided to go back into the salon to demand that they look. One of the male technicians appeared to be really annoyed and told me to go and look myself. I honestly didn't think that it would be there because shouldn't they be cleaning every night? I go and check and it was right there, on the floor next to the seat that I had repeatedly told them that I was sitting in. I will never use again or recommend this place to anyone. read more

Went in for a mani/pedi on a Sunday afternoon. There weren't too many people in, so I was attended shortly. The manager was pushy and wouldn't let me browse the colors for very long. The tech doing the pedicure was wonderful, the tech doing my manicure was less than skilled. The nail products themselves were low quality. I got a gel color and it bubbled and chipped at the cuticle within a day. The tech painted it wrong too. My toe polish was also poor quality. It was goopy and didn't dry very hard at all. read more

Very poor business. When I walked in they told me it would be only a 15 minute wait. I ended up having to wait over an hour just to get a full set. When he was working on my nails he was extremely rough with them. When he was done painting them he told me to pay, making me mess up my nails. A lady next to me was pushed around from technician three times. When I left they still hadn't started on her nails. Also, the place is extremely dirty and not kept up well.
