Receptionist could get them in at the same time with 3 different stylists. This was awesome for a busy mom. Appointment day, all 3 stylists (I am so sorry but I forgot their names except for Tyler?) listened to what each daughter wanted. They spoke to them kindly and engagingly from hair discussion, wash, cut, and style. Each of my daughters left feeling pampered, beautiful and happy with their hairstyle. Instead of listening or trying to resolve the issue, he spoke to both my daughter and myself in a very disrespectful and inappropriate manner.
