Super attentive without hovering, gave spot-on recommendations, and was playful, funny, and genuinely kind. You can tell she loves meeting people, and it made the whole table feel celebrated. Food was way better than I expected for a hookah lounge. Get the oysters - fresh and perfect - and the pesto garlic bread is a must. Seriously addictive. And the hookah? SLAPS. Smooth, flavorful, and they keep it going without you having to ask. The ambiance is very Atlanta in the best way: flowery walls for photos, eclectic cozy seating, great music, dim lighting, total vibe. We stayed way longer than planned because we didn't want to leave. Already planning my return. If you're in Sandy Springs, book a table here!

Five stars isn't enough for Moustache Hookah Bar…read more From the moment I sat down, the vibe was warm, welcoming, and intentional. But let's talk about the food because it deserves its own spotlight. The hummus was unbelievably fresh. Smooth, rich, perfectly balanced with olive oil and seasoning. You can taste that it's made with care, not just scooped from a container. And the jajeh kabobs? Tender, juicy, and seasoned all the way through. Every bite had that straight-off-the-grill flavor that makes you pause mid-conversation just to appreciate it. What really took the night over the top was the hospitality. The owner heard it was my birthday and didn't just send a quick "happy birthday" from afar. He came out from the back himself, brought out complimentary cheesecake, and even took a couple shots of tequila with me. That's not customer service. That's genuine celebration. Great food. Smooth hookah. Real hospitality. I walked in for dinner and left feeling like family. If you're looking for a spot that feeds you well and celebrates you loud, this is it.

The raw bar is a centerpiece of this menu, so that's what we came for. I ordered a dozen raw…read moreoysters. They arrived smelling strongly of old fish, with a slimy film across them. Because I didn't want to be unfair, I tasted one before saying anything -- my sense of smell wasn't the problem. I sent them back. A second dozen was brought out with assurances that these were fresh. They were not. Identical smell, identical film. I tasted one of those too, for the same reason. Identical result. At that point the kitchen tried to make things right by sending out fried oysters, apparently to prove the product was fine. The smell of old fish coming off that plate was overwhelming before it reached the table. I didn't eat it. I left dinner having consumed a few fries off my dinner partner's plate, and we went home and ate there. I want to be fair: the staff were pleasant and clearly trying to recover the situation. But the recovery was the wrong one. When a customer sends back raw shellfish because it smells spoiled and confirms it by taste, the answer is to pull the oysters from service and check the rest of the batch -- not to plate a second dozen from the same source, and certainly not to fry them and send them back out. Spoiled raw shellfish is a genuine health risk, and it was served to me twice. One more observation. At 7pm on a Friday night, we were the only guests in the entire dining room. An empty room and product this far past its prime tend to be related problems. The one unqualified bright spot (hence 2 stars vs one): the guitarist. He was genuinely excellent -- great player, great song selection, and the only reason the evening wasn't a total loss. I hope he finds a venue that matches the quality he's bringing. I won't be back, and I'd skip the raw bar here entirely.

So I was there last night for my birthday. I spent almost…read more$200 dollars between food & hookah. About $75 for food & about $60 for hookah plus I tipped our waitress $20. I am visiting from New York by way of Los Angeles and I am a bartender in the nightlife industry myself. The DJ was phenomenal, we tipped him to keep the vibes going and , he did , for a little bit... Unfortunately, i believe the owners wife was a little perplexed (very not a little) and upset about us changing the music from latin bachata music to hip hop. New flash, you are in a predominantly black community , and most of your late night customers WILL be black. We did not appreciate the side eyes , the gossip talking and the laughing we saw from the other latin bartender towards the black women that were dancing and enjoying themselves. I watched her organize and basically facilitate a hate train between her and her employees towards the black customers that were trying to enjoy themselves and have an experience, especially me because it was my birthday. It's disgusting, it's racist and it's disappointing. Because at the end of the day, we are ethnic, and we are all in minority. We are not blonde hair blue eyes caucasians , not that it matters. If you're gonna be of customer service in a black community serving black customers, you have to know how to accommodate your customers and have enough integrity , humility and racial bias training or you're gonna get blasted on yelp by people like me So to all of my community members here in Gwinnett County Georgia, I would be very weary of coming to this establishment and spending your hard earned money because in fact, we got treated like less than and to be honest, no one wants to sit there and listen to music in a foreign language all night... you have to be accommodating to ALL your customers, we could have been Arabic celebrating a birthday and wanted to hear Arabic music and if you're going to serve a specific community, you need to realize that. Thank you
