"We don't have any salespeople until Thursday," and "you will have to pick it out through email and have it shipped, you can't just come down here." After a 45 minute drive, this did not please us; fortunately we went about 5 minutes away to Fit4Sale and bought a beautiful machine there and loaded it in our car quick and easy. I wish Global Fitness was accommodating, and your situation may differ from ours, but whoever I talked to should never be allowed to answer the phone.

She was super cool and had great customer service! Same with the lady with the reddish hair and glasses, who likes watching wrestling! Service and selection was excellent and no pressure. Delivery was well worth it as the machine has many parts and is heavy. Delivery service was worth the extra cost. They called a day before the delivery date and gave me a time window. They said they would call 30 minutes before arrival and the did just what they said every step of the way. I feel I got personal service as opposed to what you get in a big box store and the price was better too. I highly recommend this store.
