Our experience with NGRW began both from a personal reference (same customer with two previous home…read moreinstallations/replacements) and a professional reference (head sales guy personally vouches for them), so we knew there were some reputations on the line for the referral. Jonathan (owner), Kevin (salesman), Jeff (installation foreman), Clint (QA/project mgr), and Christine (accounting) were responsive, timely, and thorough in their explanation and clarification of all charges, transactions, and day-of processes. We got an estimate for 18 window INFINITY replacements (upgrade from 1970s construction) including two large picture windows, in early April 2020, with installation on May 26, 2020. After a wonderful day-of installation experience, we moved forward with french door MAX CRAFT replacements for the singular front door; installation occurred on July 24, 2020. The front door had some irregularities in the sealed glass panes and required entirely new door replacements after the initial framing was installed. The QA/PM (Clint) personally oversaw the replacement process to find the best door panels with the least glass imperfections, especially knowing that we will (have) look out new front doors regularly! NGRW was wonderful in working with us to secure project funding (Synchrony), include credit card deposits, and augment final settlement with cash funds. Once you buy even one window with them, you are locked into pricing for life! The manufacture of these fiberglass windows avoids the warping with vinyl and rotting with wood; the insulation presents a new level of sound insulation (we live on a busy through street) and better climate control in summer (our upstairs HVAC died at the end of the cooling season) and winter. We are now moving on with window replacements at the back of the house, along with a new backdoor of a more-simple design. We refer Jonathan and his team to anyone/everyone looking for window--or door--replacements, and we are happy to be included in their business family for the life of our home ownership.

Gave personal check to NG for 50% of expensive front door project on November 10, with scheduled…read moredelivery of components on week of Nov 27. Later initiated and signed separate order to purchase additional lockset for back door to ensure same cylinder keying. Received text and email messages on December 9 and December 11 that project is now on hold and that my action is required. On Dec 10 I scheduled installation dates with NG but salesman is no longer in loop and no NG project manager or specific contact person has been identified. Today called NG back again but nobody can explain why project is on hold again. Hopefully project will be completed soon and everything will progress OK. Not a warm feeling that all is well.

Black vinyl exterior and interior were paid for, but they pulled a bait and switch - gave me white interior vinyl that was cheaply spray painted black. All are scratched as vinyl is not made to be painted. Owner denies any problem and I'm out $8000.00 deposit after more than 6 months. Initiate lawsuit and filing a criminal complaint for fraud. Beware of doing business with this company.

On installation day, the door delivered was the wrong size, one window arrived broken, and one screen was ripped. Despite repeated outreach over the past six weeks, we have received no follow-up or resolution. The company has been completely unresponsive and demonstrates no accountability once payment is received. Their lack of support and professionalism is unacceptable. I strongly advise avoiding Apex for window replacements.

New roof, chimney cap & gutters looked pretty good until I inspected it. Found torn shingles were…read moreinstalled, butt indentations left where installers sat on the ridge vent, chimney cap crew set a ladder on the new roof and sliced into the shingles, gutter crew installed 1 gutter sloping the wrong way and another gutter leaks at a 90° angle, water stain in the bathroom from not covering all the bare roof during a thunderstorm. They will fix the problems though if you find them. Always inspect new work done by anyone.

We knew that the replacement would be a custom job and we called Diamond Glass Company. From the first visit (by Troy) explaining the process required to remove and replace the glass to the repair completed by Milo this morning, I could not be more pleased. Both Troy and Milo were very professional, knowledgeable and skilled. Milo did an awesome job removing both a stained glass window and the pressurized glass from the inside with a bath tub in the way. The replacement of the pressurized with a new custom sized window and the replacing of the stained glass window was without issue. Very well done. Thank you to both of these folks but especially Milo for his attention to detail and workmanship.

I'm left with crappy paint jobs, scrapes on window sills, caulking left on my new bath tub, pieces of wood chunked out and I still had to go to Home Depot (on 2 separate occasions)to buy door knobs (leaving me with 3 different keys just to get in my house from one door...).
