Their shop was so packed with clothing that I noticed a sign on the window saying that they were no longer accepting donations, they were full. And with their prices and the quality of the pieces, I don't think they will be making room any time soon. They did have some interesting and unique pieces, as well as a small collection of designer goods, but everything was genuinely so expensive. They did have a lot of harnesses, fishnets, and sparkly dresses that might work if you were looking for performance or costume pieces. I walked out after about 15 min of increasingly astounded perusing with no plans to return.

We bought 3 shirts online and once received, we tried on one shirt and realized it was not the right size. We completely followed all return policy rules and paid for return shipping on the items. The company then reached out saying we did not follow the rules of the return policy and they could not refund our purchase. They claimed that the clothes had a smell, not sure what smell they have but it's literally just from shipping them back because we don't smoke and don't have pets etc. they also said we did not return the clothes in original packaging (the plastic bag the shirts come in) I'm not sure if we removed the plastic once received to be honest, but what company cares about that!? The items were unworn and completely able to be sold again. This was the worst customer service experience and I will never buy clothes from them again and also I will tell everyone I know not to. It's unbelievable how strict the policy is especially when we did nothing wrong. This company needs to seriously rethink their policy if they want to stay in business.

The floor is similar to an Apple store and everything in the store is available. I found that Cookies has some of the dopest shirt designs and I think the Cookies Duffle bags are super dope.
