Our go to Ramen spot. We go at least once or twice a month and the ramen gets better every time we go. Service is great, personnel is attentive and helpful. Their Tonkotsu Ramen is in my opinion the best in the RGV. It is as good as it looks in the pictures and it is consistently good. read more

The place is a little hidden in a neighborhood but we managed to find it just fine. When we arrived there were just two other parties there. We sat ourselves and the waiter told us a little bit about the menu and we were a bit disappointed to learn that pizza was only served on weekends. But he also mentioned that they own the pizzeria inside the Mercado and I've had that pizza and it's delicious. Unfortunately the guy also informed us that they had run out of their fried Mac and cheese which was a huge bummer because that's really one of the things I was excited about trying. Not off to a great start...I ended up ordering some wings and a bowl of their Tonkatsu (pork) ramen while my mom ordered one of their burgers, which she was able to choose her own cheese and toppings, and waffle fries. Although they have a variety of drinks stocked in their coolers, we didn't like that they were a tad pricey and of course no refills. So we opted to wait until our food came to grab our own drinks. I ordered bone-in lemon pepper wings and I have to say, these were really delicious! They were nice and crispy and the lemon flavor wasn't too overpowering. I also appreciated that they weren't sitting in grease like they usually are at some wing places we've tried. Our waiter brought my mom's burger and fries shortly after and she said the fries were tasty and I had one and they were nice and hot and not oily at all. Her burger looked a little small but it reminded me of the burgers from Shake shack. She said it was pretty good, although she did see a little bit of pink in the patty when she asked for a well done burger. But she said it was tasty nonetheless. I wasn't expecting my ramen to be as good as it was. Their tonkatsu is one of the better bowls of ramen I've had. The broth was flavorful, their noodles were perfect, and the pork was on point! It was delicious! I only wish the corn was roasted. I think that would add a nice flavor overall. The space was a little small and the tables a little sticky but that's why I carry wipes with me! The overall service was nice and the wait wasn't bad at all! The prices were a little steep, mom and I ate for 40 bucks but we did get an appetizer after all. It's not the cheapest food but it was certainly great food. I hope to go back, maybe during the weekend and order some pizza and hopefully get a chance to try those Mac and cheese balls! read more

i had been looking to go here and when i did they took 2hrs at LEAAAAAST to bring us our food. We were a party of 8 but it seemed reallllly long & unacceptable & to add my sister is vegan and they had no vegan options. Will NOT return. RAMEN was good though. i'll give em that. read more

The service is amazing and it's a great space. I really liked the drinks and macaroni balls. The chicken sandwich was flavorless and chewy. The egg breakfast sandwich was gross. The egg was gray and black from being prepared on the grill. I'd go back for the drinks and apps. read more

I thought the ramen was phenomenal! Delicious broth, pork, corn,sprouts, and the noodles, OMG. Orders a side of their kimchi. My son had their smash burger and his partner the sliders. They were good , but I was there for the ramen! Did not disappoint. Also ordered the macaroni balls, very crunchy and delicious. Their Bao buns, taste of the filling was also very delicious, but I'm afraid the buns were underbaked. They still felt doughy. And Derek , I believe that was his name , if I have it wrong, sooo sorry, excellent service and he immediately asked if it was our first time there , which it was , and continued to explain about their menu and items. I would definitely go again! Oh and I almost forgot. The next day the ramen and kimchi were even better!! read more

I wanted to dine in today but placed a takeout imstead. Very nice atmosphere and friendly people. Saw some post about a new ramen place and since DragonWarrior no longer here thought I give them a try. Presentation definitely gives you the ramen vibe. Flavor wise very smooth and delicious but I would say it's a bit on the salty side but that's just my personal preference. Only thing I would like if it wasn't packaged ramen being used. The steak definitely needs delicious!!! Even as a takeout the steak was still tender and delicious. Definitely would be back for a dine in experience for other things to try . read more

When we got there, there were only two other tables being used and most of the other tables were dirty. They don't have fountain drinks and their options in the fridge are expensive. They have a refrigerator that we have to get our drinks out of and they had their open creamer and almost empty milk gallon in there. I ordered the Bao sliders, chicken and the other beef. They were OK, but the bao buns seemed a tad not fully cooked. The flavors of the beef and chicken were great. I also ordered a side order of fries and I was almost finished with my dish before they arrived overdone and extremely greasy. I bit into a piece and I could feel the oil ooze out. My husband ordered the beef ramen. The bowl looked beautiful, but the noodles were chewy and the beef was cut too long. We had to get up and ask for utensils, soy and the fries they forgot to bring out. We were never asked if everything was good or if we needed anything. The food gets cooked outside in a food truck, so the waiter kept having to go outside to grab the food. We should have just ordered outside on our own and walked inside to sit. We weren't impressed at all. My stomach felt uneasy for a good hour, I think the frying oil was too old. My husband blames the ramen for his restless night in the bathroom (TMI). Ramen was so delicious. Way better than Yasuke and Sumo. Not sure if better than dragon warrior but it's up there I think. Love this place!

Best ramen in the RGV? Yes, although that's not saying much. Great food all around, including the pizza and chicken sandwiches.

Good food and good service very unique and aesthetically pleasing. Have already gone a couple times and friends always like it too.
