There didn't seem to be any communication or urgency from the staff about the delay. When my food finally arrived, my bacon and egg taco was barely filled. For the price you're paying, you would expect a decent portion instead of feeling like ingredients were being rationed. On top of that, they were charging customers $1 for a cup of water, which honestly feels ridiculous considering water is a basic human necessity. Not to mention, their orange juice was 5$, NO REFILLS. Overall, the poor service, long wait time, small portions, and unnecessary extra charges made for a frustrating experience. Unfortunately, I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this place unless they seriously improve their customer service and value.
