The fact that they are open 24/7 makes it incredibly convenient and the 10 minute guarantee has been on point both times! I called this company along with many others and explain the service I needed. I was locked out of my place, and I needed them to change the deadbolt with a new one I purchased. I asked on multiple occasions how much it would be for this. I was told by two different people that is would be $15 for a service charge and $55 for them to remove the lock and replace it with the new one. I spoke to the technician multiple times (who was very nice) about his arrival and he arrived exactly when he said he would. Once he got there, it went downhill fast. He looked at us and and asked if he was breaking in to the place through the deadbolt. We said yes, that's why we called you. He immediately started changing the prices and said he didn't know he was going "break in." Why else would I hire a locksmith!!!! read more

I called this company on a Thursday to come have my lock be completely change. In the middle of the process I had to cancel. I informed the technician and the technician stated that that was OK and he begins to place my knob back on my door I advised him I will pay whatever amount I have to pay for the work that has been done he informed me I only needed to pay $20 which I did.Now today I try to leave my home and I am unable to lock my door from the outside I called the company to inform them that their technician did not properly put my knob back on and he needs to come back out and have it be fixed. Now I am told that I have to pay a service fee and labor fees for a technician to come back out and fix his own mistake. I thought that was quite unusual and I will not be paying to fix a mistake that your technician did so I ask for a supervisor. Your supervisor calls and I answer the questions that he ask and then he makes his statement. I allow him to speak I began to speak and he rudely interrupts me! How are you a supervisor but rude and don't allow a customer to speak! As well as talking over them and not allowing them to speak.That's not customer service at all! I recently had one of my main entrance locks break and was in need of a trusty locksmith. After doing some searching online and seeing this company was owned by an Air Force veteran, I decided to give them a call, being an active duty member myself. My call was answered immediately and a locksmith arrived at my home within minutes. He was very friendly and able to quickly assess the problem and install a new, higher security lock within half an hour. Within 20min, two random guys in street clothes arrived in a Soccer Mom SUV-style vehicle. They got me back into my car quickly (had locked keys inside). However, they DOUBLE charged my debit card, 180+180=$360 fucking dollars. After calling and speaking with them twice, I get told the money will be back in my account in 5-7 business days, no "sorry" or anything was conveyed at any point. This morning I called this company to ask about the programming of a keyless remote. I asked the Technician the price to program a remote and he told me $110.00 although the websites clearly states $85. I asked him the cost to program two remotes and he told me it would be 1/2 the cost of the first programming. The dealership quoted me with tax $133.00 and it did not matter how many remotes I needed to program as long as we did them all at the same time. BUYER BEWARE!!!! read more

I called 3 companies getting quotes and this company quoted me the lowest range over the phone stating it would be between $65 - $190 being the worst case scenario. I asked twice are you sure $190 is the worst case scenario and person over the phone said yes. The guys arrived at the hospital (my wife was in labor) and they told me it would be $190 plus $20 service fee. Wasn't mad at the time, figured $$20 not big difference. Then he tells me if any broken parts he needs to replace it would cost $25 each. This part I wasn't clear on but I had to go back into the hospital to check on my wife. little over an hour later they called me saying they were done. At the same time my wife passed out and we it got chaotic. After she was stabilized I went back downstairs and they told me it was $327. I asked why such a large difference between what I was quoted over the phone. They said the phone quote was just service fee only. Being distressed and not thinking clearly due to what just happened with my wife I said fine let me hurry up and pay so I can get back to her. He ran my card and it was declined, I gave a second card and it was declined too. I asked if I can give a check and they refused. They told me I had to go to ATM and get cash. I had to go back upstairs to my wife room to get debit card and ran around hospital to find ATM. I feel they took advantage of me because clearly they saw I was in distress and knew I just wanted to tend to my wife.... DONT PRICE QUOTE if you're going to gouge later. read more
