My family and i have been going here for years and we normally have fairly good customer service. Today i was refused an inspection after asking a tech whom i was familiar with and trusted, his opinion .. a minor issue i just wanted his opinion on the issue, not his labor, not a repair just a quick look and opinion on if what i thought the repair would be was correct. I personally think he was overwhelmed and rather than saying "Hi Ma'am i would love to look into that for you however we're a bit busy at the moment could you may come back at .... when i can check that out." Went in for an oil change for my second time here and days later my car was leaking oil. I took it back to the shop so they can check my car because I knew they didn't do something right. They told me they had to take the oil out and check and was told everything "looked fine" and charge me and additional $25 to replace that oil. My car was still leaking after so I took it to a different shop where they told me they didn't put clean oil in my car and didn't sealed it back properly which is why it is leaking. Horrible service they care more about their lunch time than actually doing their job. Save your time and money and don't come here. read more

I took my 2001 Plymouth Neon to Ten Minute Oil change for misfiring and jerking while I was driving. The technician named Reuben said it was the catalytic converter. So he replaced it. After that, I started the car and the same issues were occurring. I told Reuben and he said it could be something else like the motor mounts or transmission. Not so because I already had those fixed and replaced. I asked him to go in the car and see for himself. He refused saying that the problem should go away after I drive around for a whlie. One of his other technicians said he drove the car earlier with no problems. I told him that the car should be running perfect if it was fixed, which it wasn't. Moreover, I paid $1,000 for nothing!!!! Never go there again or recommend them to anybody. read more

TEN MINUTE OIL CHANGE LOCATION 1442 W. PLEASANT RUN LANCASTER TEXAS, 75146 I have to tell you I'm just so disgusted with they way I've been treated at this establishment lately..nearly a year ago I take my charger in for brake service and ask for a brake system flush and bleeding because my brake pedal was soft ...after checking my brakes they say I need a brake booster..so I been coming here for oil changes and minor for a while so I trusted their decision.. so I let them do the job . Later that day I get a call from the manager Ismaiel and he says the place he ordered the part from sent me the wrong part but I'll have it tomorrow (mind you my car has been there all day) so I'm definitely frustrated now so I say are you sure I'll have my car tomorrow he says yes.. so tell them to just keep it overnight.I get no call from them the next day so at the end of the day I call him and ask about my car.. he says we're still working on it sir we got a little backed up so we'll have you ready first thing in the morning.. I give up and agree..so I call him the next morning..and now he tells me the brake booster didn't do the job and now I need a new brake master cylinder I'm speechless.. I say just fix my dam car man..so i call again later that day and again my car is not ready I'm told again my car would be ready the next day 3rd day before closing I finally get my car...the brakes are still soft and the pedal is going nearly to the floor..and there's a brake light on and a warning buzz..I speak on this with the manager and he tells me O after you drive it a while it SHOULD reset and all will be good I'm too pissed to argue I just pay for my service and pray the brakes begin to work .. well the next day nothing changes brakes are worse..so I go back to 10 minute oil change and asked them to please fix my car and the woman owner tells me I'll make right and for me to take my car to their sister store over on Houston School Rd..and again they keep my car for a whole day ..well they finally got the brake light to go out and the buzzing noise to stop and they also get "SOME " tension and stiffness to my brake pedal but not much .. I really just settled because I didn't want to get in any fight or legal stress with them. My brake pedal has been dangerously soft for nearly a year so today I took it to the dodge dealership and they did a mere brake system check flush and bleeding and bingo my brake pedal is as tight as it was when I first purchased the vehicle.. of course this cost me $180.00 dollars. I recommend not taking your vehicle to this location in Lancaster they will rip yo straight off. I literally paid them $830.00 for nothing and loss two days of work pay only to get ripped off.. I went in for a simple vehicle inspection and they stated that my car failed. I went to another inspection site and it passed immediately. Said my signal wasn't working and in fact all 4 were working. Enjoy the $25 because you won't get the $268 you quoted to fix a fake repair. Do NOT patronize this establishment!!! I just left this place of business for an oil change and will NOT EVER RETURN. When I pulled in, I communicated to the gentleman that I need an oil change w/synthetic oil. He scratched his ear, mumbled, and said the price would be $129. I thought that was a bit high, but said okay. After my car was done, at the register he said my total was $150.00. I said, WHAT, I'M NOT PAYING $150 FOR AN OIL CHANGE! I said you told me $129, he said it's $129 plus tax. I immediately told him to call Lancaster Police Dept because I was NOT going to pay $150 for an oil change and I MEANT THAT!!! I told him I could've taken my car to the BMW dealership and paid less. He stepped back out in the garage and spoke to his co-workers, came back inside, and said the total would be $134. I took my truck to 10 minute oil for a normal oil change. Dropped my truck off and let them know that I would be back to pick it up if that was okay. Left my number. Within me making back to my house that is about 3 minutes if that from 10 minutes a male called and said that I needed the filter changed and some fluid added in my truck. The amount was about 165.00. When I arrived to pick my vehicle up on the paper that they provided it said my truck had a leak. I went back in and explained that my truck has never had a leak since I purchased it. I parked my truck in the garage and would have known this. Pick my vehicle up brought it home and when I went back out to get into it later in the day there was something leaking from under the truck. I contact them back and spoke with a male and explained that to us was night happen to my vehicle prior to being it to them and he said bring it back so he can look. Went back and a female was inside explained to her what had happen and all she kept saying was 49.00. I advised her that this was not happening to my truck prior to bring it there. At this point I knew that she did not care about anything but money. Took the truck to another company who told me that the screws were lose and caused damage to the oil pan which I had to replace at 430.00 I will never go back to this company they could care less about customer service. DO NOT GO TO THIS 10 minutes oil change place in Lancaster TX., off Pleasant Run. It's a SCAM. I went in for an oil change. After the oil change, the guy tried to have me purchase an oil filter. I told him no, it's not that filth, I'll keep my old one . When I went back in to pay for the oil change, the cashier said my fee was $79.00. I asked, why is it almost $80? The cashier said "the oil filter is $29." I told her I just told the guy I didn't want a new oil filter. She said it comes with the oil change. I told her no It does not. I spoke to the guy, but before he responded to me she said something to him in Spanish. When I went back in to pay, I asked where are their prices posted. She said they don't have them posted-(SCAMER). My final cost was $74. I told them I Will Never Return!!! They did a brake job on my vehicle, but now my vehicle's ABS light is on, and my brakes are grinding, etc. I took it back to shop today and nicely asked him to drive my car to see the issue with my brakes, but he declined to adequately test this and replied "if the car stops, the brakes work!" Cant believe how long they took for a simple inspection. I usually get one really fast at other places but here they took a while even though i was there before anyone else. They had a door that said inspections but that is not even where you are supposed to go. They pulled my car in to the inspection spot but another guy told the driver to pull in to the other door. At that no one was paying attention, my car was there on, the guy that actually did my inspection was there, but he was just standing there for like 5 min till i guess he wanted to do some work. Good thing i only came here for an inspection who knows how long i coulda been there. To top it off they charge you a whole 50 cents extra just to do your inspection here while every other place they do it for a simple $25. read more

I took my SUV for a full-service oil change to this location. As usual, they recommend an air filter change. I agreed. After the service rendered, I noticed a loud hum sound from the AC fan. I took it back. One attendant tried to fix it but the sound was still there. I went to the manager and told her about the problem. She had a very short and nasty attitude. I asked for the name of the owner. She said that she's the owner while saying, "I don't have time for you." I asked her, "is this how you treat customers?" She said don't talk to me. I was stunned along with other customers. Another employee walked up. She said talk to him. This guy just shrugged his shoulders and proceeded to help me and fix the problem. While waiting on my SUV, she had another confrontation. This is very poor service from THE OWNER. I have visited this location for years but will cease. Another customer who witnessed the owner's response said that she will also take her business elsewhere. I am appalled by this experience and type of service in our community. read more

I wouldn't even give this place 1 star if I could. This facility is under new management and has completely changed names. My husband took my car there on Saturday to have an inspection done and have the oil changed. They told my husband that he should get the filter changed and showed him a dirty one. So of course my husband said sure, go ahead. Well the car was driven less than a mile to our house after the services were performed and it sat in our driveway for the rest of the weekend. On Monday I leave for work and from Pleasant Run and Hwy 35, I only get to the other side of Interstate 20 and I can tell there is something really wrong with my car. I'm in heavy morning traffic and my car is slowing down. Stepping on the gas does nothing. My car died before I even got pulled over to the emergency lane so when I stepped on the brakes, I no longer had them since i have power brakes. Needless to say, it scared me to death. Had to call my husband and we had to have it towed to our neighborhood Auto Repair Shop (Nichols in DeSoto). All the Auto Shop did was look to see what it looked like where the filter was in engine. When they went to remove the dirty filter, they did NOT remove the gasket that was already there. So that left that one and placed the new one right on top of that and then the new filter. So the pressure that builds up caused the gaskets to bulge and the oil to spew out. The repair shop found that ALL of the oil was gone and my engine completely locked up and is ruined because of their error!! And in trying to work with the owner....he wasn't there when we took off early from work today to go and pick up the insurance claim form from him. So legal help may have to be our next step. I'll be damned if we're going to pay over $6600 for repairs that this place caused. So BEWARE! read more
