I asked her politely to check the filter and drain plug. She said that the filter was hand tight but she asks "the boys" to tighten them normally. I asked why not use a filter wrench or tool to which she replied that it's against policy. For $180+, I would expect near dealership treatment and certainly no leaks! I will never return to this location for any type of service.

(The last guy to take them off was one of their mechanics while doing a diagnostic on my exhaust last year) Then they propped my car up with batteries, pieces of wood and other misc items to change the oil. So I decided to give this auto service center a try for myself, and I'm glad I did. The owner met with me personally. I explained my concerns and the parts I wanted replaced--specifically the battery and alternator. We agreed on a price, and I went on with my day. A few hours later, he called to let me know the battery had been replaced, but the alternator was actually in good working order. He walked me through the test he ran to verify it and made it clear he didn't want me paying for work that wasn't needed. I really appreciated the honesty, so I asked for an additional service: a radiator flush. He said no problem, and the truck was ready a little over an hour later.
