This is my go-to spot for pedicures in east Vancouver, right off 192nd. I have been to the other location on Chaklov but there is a man with a flock of seagulls haircut working there who was extremely rude to me throughout my pedicure so I no longer visit that location. I typically schedule an appointment and they get me in quickly. I do the LeO Mystic pedicure because you get a hot stone leg/foot massage which was absolutely incredible! While it's a very cute and clean place, the polish looks awful. She didn't go all the way down to the cuticle so it looks grown out even though I just had it done today! My sister and I both needed pedicures yesterday. After checking Yelp reviews we ended up at LeO Nails. Our experience was really great. The decor, lighting and atmosphere were calm but friendly. We were greeted immediately, asked to sign in and shown to chairs immediately . I chose the basic pedi. But ended up upgrading to have my nasty calluses dealt with. Rosa was my technician and she was really excellent. I've had a lot of pedicures but she had the best attention to detail of any pedi I've had in a very long time. I made an appointment because we went in for 3 pedicures. The staff is so kind and enjoyable. The massage chairs are really comfortable. I really loved all the color options from matte to shiny, metallic, ombré, etc. We arrived a couple minutes early for our appointment and I'm glad we did so there was plenty of time to choose the color. We each had the basic pedicure which was honestly perfect. Next time I'll probably try the upgrade but you really don't feel like you're missing anything with the basic pedicure. I had a complimentary mimosa while my companions had a Coke and water. We were all really happy with this experience. I'm already planning to come back for a manicure very soon. Everything was going OK, until my nail tech dumped my clipped nails into the water where my feet were soaking. Sure, they were my own nails, but I found it pretty disgusting to do this. I came to visit my sister and we decided to spend some mom time off getting pedis. The place is up to date on their products, very clean and modern. My nail technician did a really great job except my top coat wasn't painted on good on some toes. 4 stars for the following reasons: When we went to pay I showed the man the 5% Yelp check in discount and he seemed confused as to what it was but ended up honoring it. 5/5 experience with my mani/pedi with Kim. Yes the services are pricey, but the time and effort the workers put in is absolutely worth it. The salon is clean, has online booking (we love it), and a great selection of services and polishes. The kits used during my service were sterile, and opened in front of me, which made me feel like hygiene is a top priority at LeO. Massages were so relaxing, and I was given a timer to ensure the full service was performed. This place does a great job with nails. They will be beautiful, just thin enough if acrylic, and last 3-4 weeks. The salon is also beautiful. Service is 5/5, but overall I would have to give it 3.5/5. Why? THE PRICES. I left here spending more than I ever have--even more than when I lived in various areas of Seattle--on a new set and a pedi. I did not get the most expensive pedi and it was 200$ in total w tip. That was crazy to me. Portland isn't a big city or fun enough to justify those prices. Yes, I live here lol. I've had my nails done in other countries for 14$ and the salons looked as nice. Generally though, even in Seattle, I would expect to spend 100-120 for a full set and a pedi. Which is still a lot. Maybe I'm stating to understand why everyone on TikTok is doing press on nails now. I came to this salon on a whim because I was in the area, and WOW is the service amazing. I got a pedicure which was not rushed in the slightest and it was done very well. Honestly the manicure and pedicure were just okay. She shaped my nails nicely, but the gel started to flake within a week. And we got the top of the line mani/pedis! I feel like the prices are very high for what you get. I don't think the value is there sadly. I am grateful they offered to fix my nails and so I came back and that gel has stayed on a lot longer. My sweet sister invited me for a girls day for manicures and pedicures! I accepted in a heartbeat! She opted for the LEO SPA PEDICURE ($62) and BASIC MANICURE with shellac ($45+ $15 for shellac). I had the ORGANIC PEDICURE ($73) and a full set of acrylic FRENCH TIP nails. We were greeted with a smile and a chorus of "hellos" from the staff. The salon definitely appears upscale with white marble counters and nail stations with gold accents. It was clean and a welcome departure from the typical nail salon with nail posters covering the walls and a plethora of fake flowers. We were taken immediately to the spa area and settled into our chairs. We enjoyed the vibrating and massaging chairs along with a few glasses of champagne. My sister started with a 15-minute luxurious sea salt foot soak. The exfoliating scrub for her legs removed the old, rough skin and beautiful bright and shiny legs appeared! She LOVED the callous removal, but we were both shocked and a little nauseated by the copious amount of dead skin sloughed off! Next was a signature LeO mask and hot towel wrap followed by a paraffin wrap. The highlight for my sister was the 20-minute hot stone leg and foot massage. The spa technician was friendly, thorough and full of thoughtful questions and conversation starters. The pedicure concluded with a beautiful and very holiday appropriate sparkling red color! My sisters manicure was just your "run of the mill" manicure. Again, a wonderful technician soaked, scrubbed and painted her nails in that gorgeous bright red with snowflakes on the ring fingers. My pedicure also started with a relaxing sea salt soak and exfoliating scrub for my legs. My callous removal exacerbated my very ticklish reactions to any touch of my feet. I giggled awkwardly as my feet couldn't be still and twitched uncontrollably! The moisturizing mask and hot towel felt wonderfully extravagant! A paraffin wrap, when removed, revealed shiny, silky soft legs. The 25 minute hot stone massage was the highlight for me. If I could, I'd do this every. single. day!! I opted for a clear coat only. My French manicure was pretty "routine". They shortened the nails to my preferred length and filed and buffed them to perfection! My sister and I thoroughly enjoyed the pampering and super friendly staff members. I've decided to keep my acrylic nails, although the $45 bi-monthly fills are more than I'd like to pay. This is my first set of acrylic nails in 14 years and I swear it used to be $18! All in all, this place is truly luxurious and tastefully decorated. We had the chance to converse with many of the manicurists and across the board they were cheerful, kind, welcoming and appreciative of our visit. I've already scheduled a pre-holiday mani/pedi night to spoil my adult daughters. LeO nails will be "my" salon/spa from here on out! read more

I got both mani and pedi and both were a great disappointment. Mani started to chip off after a week. Pedi was a horrible shape, like warm water, not enjoyable at all, massage part was not good either. I asked Angel to increase the water temperature, but she said it was on maximum. I won't be back. It's hard to find a nice nail salon, but will keep looking. Probably will try something in Portland per my friends recommendations. The poor quality definitely not worth the high price read more

Bella is my favorite nail tech; she is insanely good with attention to detail while being on time. My nails always last a long time and look great. I've had another nail tech when Bella wasn't available and she caused ingrown nails after chipping away the sides of my nails for some reason. The polish was all over my skin/under my nails and she was clumsy. I actually had to return to get my gel redone by Bella at one point. read more

I LOVE this place! I will start by saying I get manis and pedis off and on. I like gel/shellac, and even dip nails at times. However, I don't usually request fancy nail art or full acrylic sets. So, this may not apply to everyone. But, if you are like me, please check these guys out!! I have tried a lot of nail places in the Camas/Washougal/East Vancouver area, over the past 10 years. By far, Leo is my favorite for what I need! The techs are all super gentle with your nails. I am 4 or 5 gel changes in, and I swear, my nails are stronger, rather than weaker. Usually by now, I'd be thinking I need to take a break. But, I just booked another appointment. Also, for me, their gel holds up really well, I usually don't baby the manicure. I KNOW I should wear gloves for dishes and cleaning--but I have not been doing that. I can go almost three weeks with this gel, which is great for me. No breaks, no chips at all, only grow-out. Also, they have a super-easy online booking system. Please, do yourself a favor, and try this nail salon. read more

10/10 manicure. The shaping and evenness was perfect, no ridges or bumpiness from an excess of product. I didn't catch the name of the nail tech, but he did a great job. He did file a little aggressively where it sliced above one of my cuticles, but no bleeding. I had a scheduled appointment, arrived 1 min early, had to wait 10+ mins, but was offered a mimosa while I waited, which was nice. Otherwise it was perfect! Will definitely return. read more

I'm not sure if the business has a way to filter out low rating reviews, I cannot post a review on google, so I'm sharing here. The place inside looks amazing, great service and pleasant experience you don't get at other places. The technician took the time instead of rushing through. However, unfortunately, they filed way too much on the side on my nail that the nail bed is showing. They filed the nails TWICE, before (with machine) and after (manual) the nail polish. Not sure the intention for filing it after, which probably removed some of the nail polish, but some finger tips are bit swollen on the side with extra deep filing. At some point when the technician kept filing the nails, I was kind of traumatized for giving her my hands. When I got home, I noticed a cut on my finger from the filing machine. My fingers hurt when I touch water. Hopefully it will be healed in a few days with Neosporin. I also had to smooth the back side of the nail at home because it was too sharp. I hope the technician asked me what nail shape I like initially and fix the backside when I mentioned that it's too scratchy. They did offer free repair if the polish chips within a week, but I didn't even bother when my fingers are hurting. --------- Update: The gel polished lasted about 2.5 weeks and now I'm dealing with multiple nails broken in the middle, this has never happened to me before. Now my fingers are extra delicate that I have to be careful using my hands in anything I do. read more

I cannot wait to go back to LeO. I walked in and was able to make an appointment for an hour later. I chose the $98 pedicure because it offered a longer massage as well as a neck-shoulder massage. I left feeling like a million bucks. They have a ton of options for colors, and the salon is clean and well laid out. It feels spacious, even with a ton of stations. I always go to the bathroom before I get a service just to glance around and see what the backroom cleanliness standard is, and I was impressed. My pedi was very luxurious and not at all rushed.
