Horrible customer service!! The owner did my daughter's nails and he was rude when the polish choose came out to light. (It did not match the color swatch or box color) most likely watered down. Had my nails done guy was in a huge ass hurry. Cut my cuticle with the drill! Didn't even say sorry!! Pedicure chairs are old as hell and don't work! The guy doing my toes was in a huge hurry and didn't even give me warm Water! Nothing worse than cold water and shitty service! This is a late post. I was in Tracy for a funeral and saw this place after getting a card at Walgreen's. I called and the lady who answered said I could come now. I went in and it was busy but I was seated in a pedi chair right away. They did my shellac Mani and a regular pedi with callus treatment. I wasn't expecting much in terms of outcomes because nail shops are all the same. Well let me tell you, my feet never felt the way they did when I left. The young lady who gave me a pedi did an excellent job. My cuticles were clean and the callus treatment left my feet feeling ever so soft. My shellac Mani came out great too and lasted me 4 weeks without chipping. (Nail growth of course. ) I highly recommend the callus treatment. I live in fremont and am willing to drive the distance for great nails. read more

RUDE. Worst attitude I've ever encountered at a nail salon. The way they bark at you makes you feel like they're doing you a favor when you're paying them for the service. I only came here out of convenience because it's closest to my house but never again. There are nail salons within a mile from here who are much better. My nails have never HURT so bad after they put on a full set because they overfile and assault your nails. Less than 'Middle of the Road' nail salon. The guy who did my gel manicure was good. He saw some mistakes so he ended up taking the polish off and starting over. Love the attention to detail, didn't like the extra time it took. They never turned on the jets for my pedicure. The matching 'regular' polish to my gel polish couldn't be found. The lady said she'd match it up for me. She never asked me to look so I assumed she found a perfect match. I left the salon with pink nails and red toes!. I was devastated. My son was at Kumon so I didn't have time to make her do it Over. I'm now at Diva Nails, in Lathrop, where I should have gone to begin with! They're matching, and changing my color...fixing someone else's garbage job! read more

Customer service was not good, you could definitely tell they were talking about customers in a negative way. Wasn't too expensive for a mani-pedi (expected price for customer service) however; nail polish didn't last very long and they need more of a selection for colors as way as a proper system for customer who come in. So many people were not helped in the order they came in and their chairs need to be properly fixed, the first time I came in the arms broke and some liquid substance spilt all over me. read more

Horrible customer service! I've given this place 3 tries and this was my last! I went in for a pedicure with my friend and we were both appalled at the rudeness and the lack of customer service! Not once did she ask if we wanted the white of the pedicure thick or thin. She just did it thin. My friend asked for gel, but did not do and pretended not to hear and just spoke in her language to her co-worker. She kept getting up and looking at her schedule. We will not come back. read more

After moving to Tracy 1 1/2 years ago and trying several different salons in the area I found this one. I was happy to have really good work done but the way that Billy makes you feel is awful.. He is in-personal, Rude and has no customer service skills .. he talks to you like your an Idiot and be-Little's you ... I have never felt so miss-treated by anyone that's ever ever done my nails. I went in for a walk in appointment and was able to get in right away with Rose for a gel pedicure. I have to say she was so excellent! She was so attentive and always was asking if I was doing ok (I'm unbearably ticklish). She double checked my nail color to make sure it was the one I wanted. And then she even removed an ingrown toenail that was left by a nail tech at another salon. I have to say, the experience was one of the best that I have had- especially in Tracy. Great job Rose!! I had high hopes for this nail shop. I came in for an acrylic/gel polish set.. Rose left the mistake she made on my nail and said it wasn't that noticeable. She then applied the gel polish and it hardened on my skin. It's not a clean finish so I asked her about it. Rose then said it will go away once I wash my hands. I'm not satisfied at all. I normally love flaunting my nails but this time I'm so embarrassed of them. It has been three days and I'm going to take them off. It's just so ugly and the fact that she didn't acknowledge my feelings or the sloppy work she did is very upsetting. One thing I can say great about this nail salon is that they have pillows for your back on the chairs. But that's about it.. I would've loved for Rose to remove the mistake she made and re do it for me but that wasn't an option and maybe it was because they had some walk-ins.. read more

I've been here before and it was fine but this latest time I went it wasn't a good experience and there were some red flags for me. I went in the evening for a gel manicure and pedicure. The lady that did my nails was being kinda rude but I just figured it was because the salon seemed like it had a busy day. During the pedicure she started taking off the gel polish that I had gotten at another salon and told me I had fungus on one of my nails. Despite telling me this she still but all the tools back and even got out the nail polish to paint over it until i told her i wasn't interested anymore, because to my understanding fungus is easily transmissible?? So we moved on to the manicure which i was disappointed in because she missed parts of my nail and it has been chipping off (i don't even do hard work with my hands) and it's been only a week. Usually at other places I've gone to in tracy my manicure doesn't chip at all so I'd prob avoid going to this place again read more

You won't find better staff or service in town. I honestly can't believe people have said they're rude on here - they work their butt off (have been here since 1993!!), & they are sweet but blunt & strong women (and men!) if you can't handle that, it's you not them. For real. Be prepared they are usually very busy on weekends but if you call first you'll get an appt. Weekdays if you can see best. Open all holidays except Thanksgiving, Christmas & they usually are at least open half day on Easter. We love you, Yumi! read more

Michael did a very good job. I am extremely picky when it comes to my nails but he was more of a perfectionist than I am. I was very pleased that I could relax and enjoy my experience. What can I say...I have mixed feelings about this place. On the plus side, they're great with waxing my eyebrows. That's pretty much it. I've been getting my nails done for years. That includes acrylics with tips, overlay and dip powder. I've become quite familiar with the process of getting such things done. The person that did my nails skipped a very important step: she didn't file down my nails to get the acrylic thinned out and evenly smooth! I asked for a French tip overlay and all was ok until the part where my white tips were too thick and lumpy. I pointed that out to the nail tech and her response was: it'll be smooth after the second coat! Whoa...hold up! I'm the PAYING customer and this isn't my first rodeo. To top things off, I got little nicks on the cuticles of my nails as well. Luckily Tammy's, that's across the street from this place, squeezed me in and I was able to get my nails filed down and done properly. I don't think I'll be coming back to this place. Who knows? Maybe other people don't mind being yelled at when something's brought to the nail tech's attention. As for me, I'd rather go to Tammy's. read more

When I told them to redo it they said my nail was uneven thats why it looked that way. I told them they didnt put a base coat and they responded with we dont use a base coat here. That's crap! I love All of the girls. They offer all of the latest nail tecniques at an affordable price. Their shellac lasts at least 3 weeks with no chipping. The facility is clean. Ask for yumi for the best brow wax and Linda for the best pedicure. read more

I had a trip to LA just recently and I needed my nails done before the trip. I waited until the last minute like always. The nail place I usually go to was booked, so I decided to come here because of the reviews, and the price wasn't so bad either ( I called ahead of time.) I got a simple white tip, medium length, and square. I was fairly pleased with the results, and the lady that did my nails was soooo patient because since i waited until the last minute, my 11 month old had to come along. It hasn't been a week since I got them done, and they already look like they are slowly coming off. I am NOT happy. read more

I had a "shellac" pedicure done on 2/18 and all my polish started coming off on 2/21. I have never had this happen at any other salon. I tried to work this out with them and it was not resolved. I believe they may be diluting their product or it was bad product. I get this type of pedicure regularly but never here and have NEVER had that happen. I will not be back. read more

I highly recommend this place. The staff is friendly, professional, and made me feel very welcome. It was difficult to find a place where the staff doesn't speak another language the entire time. They made an effort to speak English and include me in the conversation. And since it takes about an hour to get my nails done, that's important to me. I appreciated the quick service as a walk in, but sadly this was the only good thing about my experience here. While I was getting my manicure done around 6pm, multiple people came in asking if they could have manicures/pedicures done, to which they were told, "We're busy, come back tomorrow." There were no other clients waiting, and they closed at 8pm. It was hard to imagine that a staff of 6+ people, three of whom were working one one person at the time, would not have any availability within the next two hours. After each inquiring person left, the staff would all laugh and roll their eyes. Aside from the rudeness of the staff, I was less than thrilled with my gel manicure. The manicurist started a massage with lotion on freshly painted nails before they set under the UV lamp, and despite telling her that the hand hadn't set yet, she insisted that the nails were dry. I left with my polish looking lumpy and dull, with messy edges and jagged cuticles. I should have said something and had them fix my nails, but with their less than professional treatment, I just wanted to get out of there. Needless to say, I won't be returning. read more

I received a gift from my daughter who just received her first paycheck from her first job! The gift was pedicure and acrylic nails. i sent to MYMY's chair. I received the worst set of acrylic nails ever! Then she had the nerves to tell me to come back the next day to have my feet done. Mind you, the place closes at 8 pm. However, the time was 7 pm when she finished my hands. I can't believe she charged my daughter $28! Then she tells me to come back the next day to get feet done because everyone was leaving early.
