I went in for the first time today. I made an appointment and Mari contacted me shortly after to talk about what I needed. I found that customer service amazing! Taking the time to consult with a new client before the appointment A++. Mari's private suite is perfect. Clean. Mari herself was so sweet and easy to talk to. With what I brought her to fix, I am surprised she didn't just send me on my way. I had ugly chunky globs of acrylic topped with endless amounts of dip powder. All encased in a gel top coat. It was horrific. It took her 45 minutes to just file off what bordered on a war crime that had been committed against my nails. Mari took her time and did the job the right way. Filed it all down enough to soak off in a reasonable amount of time. Mari took care in selecting new (correctly sized) tips. She expertly trimmed, shaped and applied my choice of dip powder.
