First visit, Sunday afternoon, walk-in with my daughter. She got a full set $40. $30 up- charge for gel, $5 up-charge for shaping. Total $75. Her nails looked nice, didn't take long. I got a basic manicure. No lotion or hand massage, and that was a bummer. Tech worked very quickly, cuticle trimmer not sanitized before or after use. No drinks offered, not the friendliest. I'm giving this recently opened nail shop four stars! This shop has been open for approximately 4-5 months. The facility is brand new as I watched it being built and leased out. I was offered a complimentary refreshment on arrival. I also received a warm welcome upon entrance. I noticed their price listing wasn't readily displayed on their walls. The decor inside was bright white and sparkly chandeliers. There is a cute seating area and plenty of servicing tables and pedicure stations. I liked that they those sanitary covers over the pedicure stations. I enjoyed a lovely massage in the pedicure chairs. Overall, it was a good experience. I enjoyed my pedicure. I got the basic which was $35 and with gel polish an additional $20. I'd go back especially since they're close enough to my home and centrally located. read more

Some of the techs are better than others. The first time I had went here everything was amazing. The next time I had went I went to the tech by the door and asked for French nails. They came out horrible. When I went back they fixed it but the lady that did it was very chatty with the new tech that was doing my nails. read more

Loved Henry, the nail tech. He was kind and did a great job with my nails. I absolutely love that he got all the way down to my nail bed because my nails grow really fast and it will extend the length of my manicure. But when Henry thought he had an issue, instead of discussing it, he made a hostile work environment. Calling a female co-worker a B!tch is no way to handle a problem. How does this man deal with his female clients ? Are all women, B!tches? Management should learn to resolve an issue fairly. I used to like this place until I came back for a fill in. I was with a woman that did not understand a word that I was saying and had no clue on how to do nails properly. She was sloppy. I left out of there not wanting what I asked for, but I was too frustrated to keep going back and forth with her and a third person trying to translate everything. She never cleaned up the glue around my nails and did not file or drill away the thick dried-up acrylic that I had under my nails. They weren't even filed on the sides to blend in with my real nail/get rid of the acrylic. I don't even want to put in the effort to say any more than I did not like how this one woman in particular did my nails. I didn't even like the atmosphere in this place. It's so darn bright in there! I want to relax and not have to wear sunglasses. I since then have found a place that I can sit back and RELAX and have my nails done the way that I want them to be done. I'm going to start out by saying I'm highly disappointed that I can't take this place and their staff back home with me! I stopped in today as a walk in and they happily accepted me. I was very welcomed and they explained the difference on gel and the powdered dip (heard of it before on tiktok and such but didn't know anything about it). Anyways, they took their time on my mani and I never felt rushed or as if I was "just another client". I feel was treated like family that came over for the holidays. I will be back with my spouse at the end of the month and I will be talking him into coming here for pedis just so we can support this business. I absolutely love this place. They make sure it's always very clean! I was long overdue for a pedicure and my feet were a mess. Today Jessica did my toes and did the BEST job! She was super nice and friendly. Her attention to detail to make sure she cleaned up and all cuticles and cleaned all the skin around my toes was amazing. so many nail techs breeze through this process when cutting my cuticles and don't clean up all the skin. She used the perfect pressure when putting on the sugar scrub. I usually hate this part because in the past they would rub the sugar so hard it would hurt. This salon is good for pedicures and basic solid color gel polish only. Inside it's bright with an open space floor where plan. They offer beverages during your service for added comfort but are very lack luster when it comes to being knowledgeable about their services and professionalism. I came in for a full set and pedicure. After looking through the menu I was considering getting the tiara gel extensions and asked my tech about it, she ignored my question and flipped to the pedicure page while repeating pedicure. I started to think she was only doing my pedicure. But quickly learned that she was doing both. She suggested doing dip powder, instead of the acrylic with gel polish as I originally requested. I declined and did not get a response about the tiara system until after all extension tips were applied. During the application process of my nails the tech asked several questions about my relationship and work status. This seems to be a popular icebreaker throughout all the techs as I heard the male tech ask another customer the same questions. To me this is un-professional, as my RELATIONSHIP STATUS has absolutely nothing to do with the look and shape of my nails. I'm curious as to why more productive questions weren't asked like: how do you like your nails? The springs colors of the month are....., Do you like bright or muted colors???? Anything else to ensure that my first visit would at minimum be satisfactory. I got a simple French, that did not looks as good as I hoped the pink acrylic looks like it has purple hues in the light. There are bubbles in every nails and few of them look like the acrylic never liquidized giving it a more cloudy look. There was gel polish on my skin that can be seen in the photos. read more

The salon itself is super pretty and updated but they need some new nail techs. I went in to get a new set of acrylics and the old ones removed. They sat me down and left acetone soaking on my fingers for 45 min without anyone checking on me. I had to take the foils off myself because of how bad it was burning. When I did the lady told me it doesn't burn and that I have to keep soaking my fingers and gave me the worst attitude even though the acrylic was fully mush and I could wipe it off at this point. She kept trying to force me to soak my fingers instead of filing the rest off and then walked away from me and left me sitting there until I finally gave up and walked out. I was asked what I wanted I said it multiple times regular nail polish but she then proceeded to put on gel I told her not to do that so then I get a pedicure and does the same thing with my toes. At this point I was just livid.. I get up , about to pay and I see they charged me 100$ .... Mind you I've gone here 3 time already and I get the same set everytime .... Which usually only is 45-50$ .... I checked the receipt & they charged me 10$ for a mail repair which I didn't even have any nails prior .... Then charged me for gel that I didn't even ask for , I STATED I WANTED REGULAR POLISH ... I asked them to not charge me for there mistakes .... She tried to argue with me & tells me I only give you 10$ back .... This place is a joke .... She didn't want to refund me for the gel THEY messed up on .... They are so rude , she cut my fingers 3 times & rushed my toes because she saw her employees leaving ... I do NOT recommend this place . Save your money and go across the street !!!! read more
