They exclusively use O Way products ~ a luxurious, organic, Italian-farmed line that felt amazing on my scalp and hair. One of the most mind-blowing parts was the magnifying video camera used to analyze my scalp. It gives real-time insight into dryness, oil buildup, and overall scalp health to customers. I had Lorianna (or "Lo") for my service, and she was awesome... I walked out of here at the end feeling like I was floating. I didn't get a blowout since I was just going home afterward anyway, so they give you either a satin scrunchy or a nice hair clip so you don't leave with stringy wet hair. The hair products they use are pricey, but my hair was SUPER soft for days afterward because of the conditioner they use. The salon is clean and they offer free snacks and drinks in the lobby while you wait (which I took advantage of since I got here early for my appointment).
