The nice woman who was new and made our pizzas was amazing. She had two braids but talk about customer service!!! I took off a star because I felt dismissed and ignored by the man who I checked out with. Wouldn't say I felt included or acknowledged. My pizza was good so kinda unfortunate to feel ignored and dismissed. Idk if I would recommend or return, feels weird atp. Maybe put the new woman in the long braids in charge. There's a cute little outside seating area that was bustling on a Saturday night. The interior has two & four top tables. We chose a four top. They sell pizza, wings & salads, plus candy, beer & Dippin dots! Yum! They offer customizable Neapolitan and Roman style pizzas made to order as you stand there to wait, and the wait wasn't long. I was very pleased with that. You can customize a 10" or a 14" pie. You have your choice of regular, gluten-free, or cauliflower crust, which I thought was great. We ordered two 10" pies, the Quattro Formaggio, with added ground beef. It was absolutely mouth-watering. The ricotta and melted cheesy goodness were so gooey and delicious. The second pizza was Pepperoni, anchovy, also very good. We ordered a large side salad, which is also customizable in front of you. Both pizzas were piping hot and scrumptious. A typical pizza flyer it's made. The slite uniqueness is that you can have it made as you wish in front of you. The decore is a standard sit and eat place. They offer ice cream beer & wine and ....candy. The routings are, for the most part, pre-cooked and properly placed, quickly co9ked but not hot enough to heat up the toppings like a linger cooked pizza from a chain. Stopped here for lunch on our way to airport and so glad that we did. Ordered the "Meatza" pizza plus mushrooms and a side garden salad. The pizza is assembled in front of you and only takes 2 minutes to cook! The salad was fresh and the portion was generous. The pizza was perfectly cooked & full of flavor! I hadn't had pizza for years due to dairy and tomato allergies. 1000 Degrees changes that for me now I'm a raving fan! You design your own pizza right in front of you and it's so amazing. I get garlic, basil, and olive oil on my crust then add literally everything on top that's vegan after. They'll make it crispy for you. *** if you have a bad dairy allergy definitely go when's it's NOT busy. No Tuesday night and I avoid busy times on weekends. They do an amazing job with keeping your pie clean. I went to 1000 degrees Neapolitan pizza in North Miami Beach for lunch. Unexpectedly they had a reduced price on 10" pizza every Tuesday so I lucked out today. You can pick your toppings of meat and veggies and create your own pizza. Then they cook it in a coal brick oven. I was skeptical at first but it was absolutely delicious. I also ordered snake your own salad as well and it was huge. And choice of dressings. Great bang for your buck. Worth a try. read more

Accidentally landed on this spot. But glad I did. They have many pizza and wing options. I just went with a chicken Caesar salad and 12 wings (sriracha and honey garlic). Salad was great; I asked for the chicken warmed up and that was a great choice. The wings were fresh and spicy. Loved the honey garlic. The sriracha was way too spicy for me. I don't know what I was thinking. I like a tiny bit of sriracha here and there but I am not made for fire hot. Yet me being a daredevil, thinking why not try this, I went for it. Oh boy! This was our first visit here and I'll say the service was great. The owner and workers were very kind and fast with helping with us. I didn't love the food. Maybe the toppings I choose to put on the pizza were strange. But my fiancé got one of their pizzas the Hawaiian fire. It was also ok. Nothing too great. The wings came out and my mom sent them back because they were not cooked or hot enough. When they came out the second time they were much more to her liking! Great pizza, where you pick each ingredient. Tuesday special, unlimited toppings. Really good. The only thing that would make it better, is if they did not put it on a plate. Very impressed with this newcomer to "pizza alley": Biscayne Blvd from 80th (Ironside and Paulie Gee's) - up to 203rd Anthony's and Sicilian Oven). This is a unique concept where you order toppings for your assembly-line pizza the same way you order toppings on a sandwich at Subway, or your burrito at Chipotle. Even if you start with a menu-ready pizza like the "Smoky Pollo" (which I opted for at my first visit), you can still make modifications as your creation moves (on its wooden pizza paddle) down the line to the final destination (a/k/a the pizza oven, and hence the "1000 degrees" though the digital readout put the true temperature somewhere in the mid-700s). Don't forget the fresh basil AFTER it comes out of the oven! Lots of drink options, from bottled beers to the family-friendly 'freestyle' soda fountain (where you can whip up weird mixes like lime coke, or vanilla sprite). Seating is comfy, though you will be sharing the length of the restaurant with the line of people ordering while you dine (especially true on Tuesdays, where $6 pizzas draw a large crowd). Parking is a breeze in the shopping center parking lot (grab some groceries at Publix on your way out, or go next door to Costco). Anybody with kids will respect that you can order everybody what they want, and at prices where it's ok not to share (though you'll need a box to take home leftovers - which is not a bad thing at all). After a pretty dismal experience at much-hyped Paulie Gee's this month (about 70 streets further south), it was great to have a quality pizza I couldn't finish with a regular price ($9 with 7 toppings) equal to PG's half-price (regular $18 with 3 toppings). They also offer signature classic concoctions if you can't make up your mind. On my 1st visit, I tried 2 signature pizzas - Meatza (marinara, mozzarella, pepperoni, bacon, Italian sausage, and crumbled meatballs) and Tuscan Chicken (mozzarella, asiago, chicken, spinach, sun-dried tomatoes). Both were pretty good but I prefer the Tuscan Chicken because it was lighter. On my 2nd visit, I went for a custom made one and was very pleased with how it turned out. Here's my masterpiece: Spicy Sriracha, Shredded Mozz, Asiago, Artichokes, Banana Peppers, Red Peppers, Sundried Tomatoes, Mushrooms, Grilled Chicken, Italian Sausage, and Steak. I first discovered 1000 Degrees at the Miami Lakes location last year. I enjoyed my visit there, so naturally I came to this location since i was nearby. Unfortunately, the quality wasn't the same. I ordered the small customizable pizza with unlimited toppings. On my pizza I put pesto sauce, spinach, arugula, tomatoes, onions, sausage, meatballs, oregano and feta all cooked crispy. To drink I had a Lagunitas IPA. Sadly, despite being crispy the pizza kept falling apart from still not being cooked longer. Also, the flavor of the tomatoes and arugula didn't taste as refreshing as I've had previously at Miami Lakes. Lastly, when I went to the men's bathroom to wash my hands, I noticed the sink handles were in desperate need of replacement. Hopefully management fixes this soon. My total bill was $14 and I do plan to visit again in several months hoping for a better experience. read more

This all-you-can-top assembly-line super-fast pizza concept is nothing new by now, but I'd say this place does it pretty good. The dough is thicker, though with their super hot oven they manage to bake the pizza in two minutes. Nicely blistered, crunchy at the bottom and chewy at the edge, this is one pizza I won't be leaving any edges for the birds! Price is sweet too. $9 for a 10" and $6 on Tue. However, with the great price something has to give - and that's the quality of the toppings. The aragula is not very tender, the garlic not very fresh, in general, just not as premium quality as it can be. But considering the price, it's still more than fair. What's more, I saw the staff diligently wiping the counter and keeping the place clean, so that's a bonus. They also have gelato though I didn't get to try it. read more

Good Pizza concept with good prices. I tried half of the Meatza with added mushrooms and half of the New Yorker 10 inch pie. You can't beat the deal with unlimited toppings to any size pizza and the small 10 inch starts around $8-9 bucks. Being a huge pizza fan, I wasn't that impressed with the flavor of the sauce, the dough or the shredded mozzarella cheese but for the price I think it's okay. The service was fast and friendly, it only takes 2 minutes to cook your custom pie. The establishment is clean and neat looking. If you need a quick bite, don't want to spend a lot and not overly picky with your pizza, this will work just fine.
