I've been to this spot twice and both visits were great! The concept is good. Like an more affordable coal fired joint. The selection of topping are nice. The first trip I created my own and the second visit I (because as my father would say, I can never leave well enough alone) added to their four cheese pizza. Although the pizza comes out very nice, I do like my crust a little crisper. But I'm weird like that. I've also had the wings. Not sure if the are pre-fried or just precooked. They come out crispy and hot. My Doctor's scale is hoping they're just oven cooked. The staff there is great! You don't normally see such customer service in a young staff. They are professional and have great patients with those undecided folks. With other fast food options out there, skip them and head to a 1000 Degrees! read more

We love this place. It used to be the for the pizza, but now it's the PIZZA and the WINGS! So the the pizza is amazing, best crust ever and small sizes so you can order all sorts of different pies and share them. Pro-tip for eating at home from this place (and most pizza delivery): while you are waiting for your food, heat your oven up as high as it goes and pop the pizza in the oven for a few minutes. So crispy and so worth it. We tried the wings for the first time the other day and have already ordered them twice. FIRE ROASTED WINGS. This was a wonderful Fri-Yay working at another campus. Whenever I work at this campus I have an opportunity to explore a restaurant off-campus, which I love. It just so happened that a colleague recommended this place for lunch, so after much deliberation of options, we chose to go for it. I went with a fellow employee since it was literally down the street. We had been told it was the "Subway" for pizza. We walked in and let the lady know it was our first time, so we were clueless. She explained the options. You could pick any base for the base of the pizza, such as barbecue sauce, buffalo sauce, ranch, macaroni and cheese, and Marina sauce. I decided on the 10" and got Marina sauce on half and macaroni and cheese on the other half. After going down the lane of other toppings, it was placed in the oven fires grill and took like 3 minutes and was brought to our table. When I tell you, we were in heaven. The crust was wonderful, the macaroni was delicious, and we were full after eating close to half our own slices. I will say that it reminded me of Pieology as it is also like a "Subway" for pizza with unlimited toppings. I have to say I love them both and will go back! read more

I was honestly surprised I liked this place so much! I was thinking before walking in to 1000 Degrees that it would be like a quick serve pizza place (similar to Little Caesars or businesses of that nature). And I was immediately surprised that it was nothing like that. So keep in mind, I have given this a 5 star rating for a the service and food experience for the price point 1000 Degrees is at. You can't compare it to a higher price pizza joint like Anthony's or places like that. At 1000 Degrees, we were immediately greeted upon walking in, and they have a giant menu board behind the counter listing menu choices, and they also have paper menus as well at the counter. You first pick your pizza/salad choice.. I of course selected a 10 inch pizza (about $8 or $9), which was huge, and plenty big for one person for dinner. You then select your sauce, cheeses, meats, and toppings. They allow you to select as many cheese varieties as you like (I loved the fresh mozzarella!), and as many meats and toppings as well. The chicken, meatball, and pepperoni was a great combination! And it was fun to pick and choose the additional toppings as well! For a party of two, we both ordered a pizza, and a side of 6 wings (about $6 for the wings), and we left full. They also serve beer and wine at the counter, along with all soft drinks. Wine was $6 for a decent pour, or you could get a whole bottle for $16 (such a good value!). If you're wanting a good, cheap spot for pizza, not compromising on service or food quality, this is a good spot! read more

Very impressed with this place and especially, the staff!!!! I walked in behind a (very very smelly) homeless man. He pulled out a dollar and change from his pocket & asked what he can get. The young lady walked away & made a call (I assume to the boss?) and quickly walked out asking which pizza the man would like, cheese or pepperoni. She then proceeded to make the pizza for him. (Mind you, pizza here is not cheap! Mine was $8.95) All employees there, also all young, were respectful of the man and did not make the situation awkward. They did ask him to wait outside (Thank God!) and said they would bring the pizza once it was ready. If that's not excellent service, then I don't know what is. They easily could have refused him and sent him to a different eatery in this plaza. But they didn't. They did what they could to help & I was very impressed with that. Being intolerant to lactose I tend to keep my distance from cheese of any kind. But since becoming a vegetarian eating no more meat I've noticed a much better tolerance to cheese than before. Isn't that weird?!?? Anyhoo, with that said I was excited to have given them a try on their most popular day of the week - $6 Tuesdays you can dress your personal 10' pizza anyway you like. It's put into their 1000+ degree brick oven, ready in just minutes. The crust comes out golden and not overly crispy. It's thin but not too thin. Just make sure to request extra sauce of any kind as they measure the sauce in a little cup and spread it as evenly as possible. I'd ask them to do another spread of sauce or else it's a bit in the dry side. I got the margarita and enjoyed it very much. Will be back again when I'm not so hungry to take pics lol. read more

Called prior to Grub Hub arriving. Asked the lady if she could have driver call me because I'm traveling at at a hotel. She was gracious and followed through. Bacon Mac and Cheese pizza was excellent. It wasn't soggy or sloppy. It was perfectly made and perfectly cooked. Wish you were near my home because you would be my spot! Perfect for when you're on the go and want a pizza! I just order for pick up and it is usually ready within 15 minutes ! I love that they have Daiya vegan cheese as an option, along with tons of veggies, I switch it up everytime! This plaza has Publix and my pet store, and now one of my go to spots for a quality thin crust pizza. Great lunch specials, but also quality ingredients, like fresh mozzarella cheese ball or that traditional shaved style too, what I really like is the selection of veggies like kalamata olives, green olives, artichokes, fresh basil and arugula salad ...they also have all the traditional toppings and a large selection of meats but the ones I mentioned are only found at your better pizza places...so you walk in and as they build your pie, it only takes 2 min to cook and leaves the bottom crispy and the crust perfectly slightly charred (think bbq ) ...good for carry out too read more

I do not know what to say about this place but every time i go there, I feel like a kid in a candy store. Why because I let my imagination run rapid because I can pick as many ingredients. I want on my pizza. I do not have to choose two or three toppings and that is it. If I want 10 different cheeses on my pizza. I can get 10 different cheeses and all the different meats and veggies they offer on my pizza. You are only limited by your imagination. They have an array of sauces to go on your pizza for example pesto, srirachi spicy sauce, white sauce or a regular marinara sauce or you can put macaroni cheese. Some of the cheeses that are offered fresh mozzarella, shredded mozzarella, ricotta and etc. Some of the Veggies that you can get is jalapenos, arugula, balsamic soak red onions, banana peppers. Some of the meats that are offered are meat balls, Canadian bacon, pepperoni, sausage. You can do a half and half on your pizza. The price for the small pizza is 10.00 worth the money and it taste really good and you can purchase a wine coolers or beer with your pizza. This is my new pizza spot. read more

After attempting order a delivery meal from another establishment, only to be put on terminal hold, we turned to 1000 Degrees to save the day. And they delivered! Their gluten free crust was great. Both pies (GF and regular) were delivered as ordered and hot. They even beat the promised delivery time of "45 minutes to an hour" by a good ten minutes. After a three our drive up from Marathon Key with a couple of young ones, we were losing hope of having a successful end to our day. 1000 Degrees delivered hot, tasty, and timely pizza. The pizza is decent for the price. I checked in on yelp got 10% off. I got a plan cheese pizza most of the toppings didn't look extremely fresh. I did see fresh mushrooms. One sauce for the pizza looked like liquid cheese whiz. Overall it's fine for quick pizza. Was it amazing no, but it wasn't terrible either. It's a solid 3 star place for the value. The place was clean and the stay was friendly on that note. read more

Love the pizza in this place! A difference with others "made your own pizza" places its just that the dough its natural, It doesn't feel like it's artificial! They have many toppings options and it was really fast! Need to improve the "costumer service" was really poor, not the best, but not the worst! Highly recommend this place! I have to find out who the brilliant guy (or gal)was who figured out that a 10-in round personal Pizza is really the same as 2 New York city slices/ triangles@ just, different shapes and three times the price! I bring this up because you're not leaving this place even if you get the Wednesday special (Tuesday $6.95 any toppings) which is the $5 pie. You are going to be spending ten bucks in here ++. Probably more?, as i got 6 wings $5.99&Fountain drink +tax, etc(which by the way for the diet I wanted was empty/no biggie) .. but the kids mulling around looking for things to do- could have refilled the soda fountain machine, instead of group chatting. Set back in the plaza that- "Time Forgot", where it used to be" Lime /Mexican " (which was good)and a couple of stores over fromTGI- Friday's. The concept is okay you build your own pizza &add your own toppings,from an open display, sort of like a Subway sandwich, but for pizza,...there is just too many pizza places around and too many similar type taste pizza. .This would be better situated in a college town or area, I think its too expensive for the FIU crowd in this area and too many other options.. I will say the pizza wasn't bad, it was just nothing great.. I was in the place for a good 40 minutes and not one other person came in. The kids were polite and the place is very clean. I might try it again because I did dig the concept. read more

This place has been really hit or miss for me. When I like it, I love it. But my last experience is the quintessence of my bad experiences. I ordered a pizza with pepperoni and fresh mozzerella and marinara sauce. I got a pizza with the sriracha sauce and the only cheese it had was a few pieces of fresh mozzerella rather than normal cheese with fresh mozzerella on top. But even worse than that, the pizza arrived cold and burned so bad it was inedible. This was the last straw for me. Tried to receive some sort of a refund and got nothing. read more

Pizza time! With so many pizza spots on Biscayne Boulevard and surely in Miami area in general, the task is tall for anyone who wishes to open or start a new restaurant. Enter 1000 Degrees Neapolitan Pizzeria! This spot sets itself aside for multiple reasons, so let us begin! Conveniently located in the Biscayne Commons strip mall in the North Miami area at about 148th ST. with so many options to eat, one could easily get lost; however 1000 Degrees Neapolitan Pizzeria stands on its own. First off, parking could not be easier and location is prime; once you step foot in you are greeted by the charming staff as well as a clean and inviting establishment. From there, the menu, although simple can lead you on many paths of goodness. On my first visit I opted for a create-your-own salad, however, pizza, of course is their forte and so my subsequent visits have found me creating my own personal pie with exact specifications such as all veggies and sometimes a bit of grill chicken. My wife is a fan of cheese and she has options all around to create her own four or even five cheese blend so many options to choose from. Once you create your own pie, the friendly staff will take it and place a special oven that rotates at, of course, 1000 degrees! In just a few minutes, your masterpiece pizza is ready; hot, not burnt, and perfectly cooked throughout. Finally, before paying, you may opt still for basil and/or arugula and spices. From there you can either take it to go or enjoy the taste at a table as my wife and I have on a few occasions. We always have a soft drink, however 1000 Degrees also has beer, wine and sangria selections, should you choose to enjoy these. Somewhat of a tip, Tuesday is a current special night where the pizzas that are 10 inch and personal size are on special with a great deal and promotion. We do enjoy the televisions inside or just good conversation between us while dining outside with the tables they have set up. Again, the staff is so pleasant, that on my last visit I took time to let them know they are really doing a great job. I seriously enjoy 1000 Degree Pizza and hope you will too, and see for yourself what the endless possibilities hold! Cheers! read more

When you are really hungry I 100% believe you find the best spots. Driving around looking for something to eat we found 1000 Degrees Napoleon Pizza. The moment you walk in you can smell the fresh Pizza being made. We got greeted right away by a really nice lady. She told us about the menu and asked if it was our first time there. We told her we just moved to sunny isles. This places has a really cool concept, you can order from the Menu, Hawaiian pizza, veggie pizza, pepperoni Pizza an many more options or you can create your own pizza. 10" 14". We decided to get our own personalized pizza it's for the same priced, some concept as subway but cooler cuz it's Pizza. I ordered a 10" pizza with the signature marinara sauce, shredded mozzarella, pepperoni, ham, pineapple, mushrooms and a touch of oil. For $8.99 My husband order a 10" Pizza with signature marinara sauce, buffalo sauce, shredded mozzarella, pepperoni, ham, bacon, Canadian bacon and jalapeños. $8.99 We also order a side of 12 fresh roasted buffalo wings. $10.99 Also They cook everything in a big oven in front of you. Personally I think it was so cool that you can you can choose whatever you want for $8.99 then the lady tells us on Tuesday's it's only $6.00. How cool is that. We order to go. We where going crazy with the amazing delicious, fresh smell of pizza. Soon as we got home bye bye Pizza and wings. I honestly can't wait for Tuesday. I'm changing my cheat dates to Tuesday. I recommend this place to everyone that loves pizza and Amazing customer service. We walked in for one Pizza we left with two personal pizzas and 12 fresh roasted wings.
