I would give 0 stars if I could…read more After adopting a toy poodle from this breeder, I politely asked multiple times for photos of my puppy's actual parents so I could better understand how she might look when fully grown. I was initially told, "give me a bit and I'll send you some," but that never happened. I followed up several times over a long period and was either ignored or left on read. This was especially frustrating because I was previously shown another poodle and led to believe that was what my puppy's mom looked like, which turned out to be misleading. As a buyer who paid a significant amount for my puppy, I do not think it is unreasonable to ask for basic transparency about the dog's parents. When I first got her, she also had ear infections I had to get her treatment for. Now, she is loved and doing well, but my experience with communication and honesty after purchase was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this breeder to anyone who expects clear information, responsiveness, and transparency. Looking back, this place seems more like a puppy mill judging by how dirty the kennels were, and crowded their labs were in a single kennel with dirt/poo smears they were licking.

I picked up a "British Shorthair " kitten on Monday 26, 2026, from HQ Lovely Cattery. When I got…read morethe kitten home, I noticed that his tail was shaved. I texted Yan and she assured me that it was just a heat rash. I immediately contacted my vet and got an appointment the very next day. On Tuesday the 27th, I took the kitten to my local vet for him to tell me that the kitten had an ear infection, infection on the tail, and was extremely under weight. The kitten was 4 months old and weighed, 2.4 pounds. The vet asked how much I paid for the kitten, and when I told him that i had paid $1,650 for a full breed British Shorthair kitten, he replied, "the kitten you purchased was not a full breed British Shorthair and that I paid too much for a sick cat." Moral of this review, do not trust anyone who can't provide pedigree papers on any animal the breeder is selling as "full breed."

I got two British Shorthair kittens from this breeder (Anna) a month ago and I couldn't be more…read morehappy. Initially I was a little disappointed because I specifically wanted 2 male kittens. After falling in love with the kittens I found out that one of the kittens was female. Apparently Anna thought that both kittens were males but when she took the kittens to get neutered she found out that one of them was female. I was really upset because I did a lot of research and I came to the conclusion that I wanted male kittens. However, after Anna told me that one of the kittens was a female I still wanted to get them both because they were so cute. Today, I'm happy that it worked out this way because I got to experience both sides of personality in my kittens (male and female). I love them both equally and I can't be any happier. Also, I am glad that we got two siblings because they play so much together and they are so happy! I recommend this breeder, but make sure you know from the beginning if you are getting a boy or a girl if you want something specific. Thank you Anna! The kittens are adorable!

I was researching ragdoll breeders for at least a year before deciding on adopting with Jessica and…read morecouldn't ask for a better breeder! It was important to me to find kittens with excellent temperament to get along with our older ragdoll at home. Jessica has been nothing but thorough! Through her questionnaire you can tell she cares a lot about her kittens and the homes they go to. She even let us meet the available kittens in person before deciding on one. All the kittens we met were soft as clouds, sweet, and calm despite being outside of their comfort zones. We ended up picking our Armstrong as he was the most confident of the bunch. Immediately on the first day taking him home he ate straight away and was eager to explore. Normally cats I know can go on a hunger strike during rehoming and it can be an anxious experience so it was nice to see him adapt so quickly. He is so affectionate, playful, and follows us everywhere. He even cuddles in our arms every night. His temperament is more that of a puppy than a cat! Also, through the whole process Jessica is very prompt in communication!! Even after the papers signed and payments submitted she is super helpful in helping new cat parents navigate caring for their new family member. Anywhere from asking how much food to give them to what to expect from your kittens vet appointments, she's always happy to answer any questions you may have!

Just for fun we did Wisdom Panel testing and of course she came back 100% Ragdoll with no concerning health markers or issues. We will be working with Jessica to adopt a companion for Zelda. Jessica describes her kittens as having top social temperament, and nothing could be truer. Zelda is very playful and loving. You won't believe it, but she actually plays fetch! She has charming toe beans and likes to have the fur between her toe beans rubbed. She follows me around the house talking and purring, and flops down at my feet whenever I pause to do anything. She sleeps on our bed at night and brings her crinkle ball to us in the morning when she is ready to get up and play. My previous comments stand: Jessica is a professional and ethical breeder, who provides the best possible healthy happy gorgeous Ragdolls.

We've been going to that other "smart" store for over five years to have our dog's nails trimmed…read more Ever since, they've told us that we can just walk in and they will do the trim. The most we've ever had to wait is about 15 to 20 minutes. Today, was no different, walked in at 10:15a, let them know that we needed a nail trim, the associate said that the earliest they can get us in was not till 12 PM without an appointment. An appointment? I explained to them that in the five years we've been going to them for nail grinds (which is pretty frequent) we've never had to make an appointment. That's when she said that making appointment has always been in place. So, I walked out, came over to The Good Dog. The General Manager greeted us, even while working with another customer. Listening how he handled the other two customers in front of us (who appeared to be regulars) set the tone that this is a friendly place that we want to be a part of. You know, it's like "Cheers," you wanna go where everyone knows your name! Well, they were able to get us in right away. They advised we typically do not need to make an appointment for nail grind, but to simply call up to make sure they are not busy at the moment, otherwise can get in quickly. I think that's reasonable, fair enough AND smart! "Thanks, Good Dog!"

They offered medical wipes for my dog's injury and a complete re-grooming with a different groomer. I chose not to continue patronage, but the offer and continued open communication was very appreciated. Original Review: This is the first time I've been to this location and decided to go here due to the large number of good reviews. They were able to fit my appointment in very last minute, less than 24hrs notice, super friendly staff, and lots of merchandise. Also great cut options avaliable for someone new, trying to figure out what a new groomer can do with a new client. Asked them to brush his teeth and grind his nails, to which they accomplished (at least his breath smells better). With that said, I was told they would contact me 20 minutes before he's ready for pickup, they did not. They messaged me when he was done. No big deal. When I picked him up, immediately noticed the uneven cut job. As we're driving home, noticed A BUNCH of dirt left in his coat. Makes me question if they bathed him, and if they did, they didnt do a good thorough job. Also started to notice the uneven cut throughout his body, from his stomach where they left bunches of fur, to his back, which seemed as though they used two sizes for razors. They cut him (most likely by accident) but just reinforces my suspicion that they rushed through his entire "grooming". For the $100 package, counting $15 for dental/nail grinding, I can't say I'm not disappointed. Unfortunately, will not be coming back. Sincerely disappointed :( I will have to bathe him again, give him a complete haircut, and finish areas they didnt even attempt too, such as the hair under his nose going into his mouth.
