    Teddy from AAA Kenels.
    Daniel V.

This kennel is very clean, and they breed labs with great tempermant. This is Teddy, he's two years old and as healthy and friendly as can be. We are very happy with him, and our kids love him. The price was above average, but we are very happy with how our pup turned out. He has decent prey drive for birds, but almost none at all for small mammals, which is great. If you're looking for a pure hunting dog, this is not the place to go to. If you want a great family dog that can also retrieve birds decently, I would recommend AAA. Thanks, guys.

We picked up cocoa right before Christmas 2021. It was one of the best decisions we ever made. It took us ten years to get another chocolate after we had to put our 12 year old Hershey down. Cocoa is such a sweet dog. She loves everyone. She is healthy and happy and my grandkids adore her. Thank you AAA for our cocoa wow wow (as our grandson calls her)

Best place to get puppies. We just brought home 2 Dalmatian puppies . No they don't usually have Dalmatians but they were helping a friend out who also has a kennel . Would definitely recommended going here If you are looking for Labs.

I got Beau in February 2019. He was born November 27, 2018 from King and Stella. I believe Pauline was head of operations at the time but it has now been transferred to Sandra (correct me if I'm wrong). Pauline was amazing and knew her sh**. I've been keeping updated with this kennel on Facebook and it seems like Sandra has learned from experience and Pauline herself as well. Wonderful place. There are so many places across this world with malpractice and unfavorable conditions for dog breeding. This is not one of them. Pauline informed me on everything I need to know. This is my first dog too. They've been specializing with Labradors for decades and hope they're still around when I'm due for my next puppy. As of now, me and beau are loving life. Hope these guys are around for a long time. Their Facebook is very active and always provide updates of litters, rehoming dogs, and retiring dogs. They also call out any fake websites going around in the community which we should definitely be informed of. Wonderful community that AAA labs has created. Hope they gain more ground on Instagram or tik tok. Beau loves retrieving in the water more than anything! Super friendly and loved by all of my family and strangers. Kids get intimidated by his size at first glance but then Beau starts kissing them and it ends up being joy for everyone. Temperament is amazing. He could've been an official service dog based off my judgment. Thank you AAA family!

I got my Brixton in 2014. He is now 6 years old and very healthy. I have owned dogs my entire life and his temperament is by far the best. He is calm and collected but also has a playful side. He doesn't bark at all and even when there's someone at the door he gives me the warning woof. He is extremely friendly with people and other dogs. The best dog I could have asked for. Very satisfied with their labs. (son of Kristina "K")

Very unprofessional people, sold us a cute  labrador puppy on 25th Nov 2020, he is such an adorable puppy and like a son now. On 26th Nov 2020, the  very next day the puppy started vomiting and diarrhea. As this was our first dog ever, we got scared as the vomiting and diarrhea was continuously going on. We tried to reach the breeder numerous time via phone but no answer. When everyone was busy doing black-Friday shopping we were sitting right outside  the Redlands Emergency Vet at 2 am in the morning. The Doctor there informed us that he as Giardia infection . At that time doctor was not clear he actually has Parvo virus. We came  home and started giving him the medication and lots of water as prescribed by the doctor. Next day, on 27th Friday, Sandra the GM @ Wallee Kennels messaged us stating that she left her phone and just checked my message after 24 hours ( screen shot  is attached).  She never informed us what to do. As the puppy's condition was really getting bad, he was not eating anything and kept on vomiting and having loose stools, it was very painful to see him suffering, Sandra keep on telling us that one more puppy who went from same place got the same infection of giardia and the puppy went to Irvine.  Thanks to Rialto Animal hospital who let us come to urgent care time without appointment and check our puppy (Bentley), the doctor there confirmed that he had parvo virus and this virus takes 6 to 7 days to detect. Doctor recommended us to VCA Ontario if we want to save his life. Without thinking twice my wife and I admitted him to VCA Ontario.  Parvo is a highly contagious virus. It causes an infectious gastrointestinal (GI) illness in puppies and young dogs, and without treatment, it is potentially deadly. Part of what makes the virus so dangerous is the ease with which it is spread through the canine population. We really appreciate VCA Ontario and their team for taking care of Bentley for 6 Days and nights.  After a week Bentley came home. I wished breeder has taken care of basic cleanliness and hygiene. We spent $8200.00 to save Bentley's life and we are glad we did. But was that fair for Bentley and my family to go through all that pain and suffering for 10 days. The breeder gave us back the price of puppy $1935.00.We are going to small court for our $8200.

Our poor puppy. Do not trust this kennel to care for your dog even if you got the dog from them in the first place!
    Hannah C.

Do not do any business with this breeder or kennel. They sold my parents a beautiful lab that was born December 2021. When she came home she had a stomach infection like other reviews have mentioned. They gave her medication at the vet and she was eventually fine. Fast forward to this December, my parents used this kennel to board the puppy while we went on vacation for about 15 days. We thought this kennel could be trusted since they breed labs as a business and we would think they would be capable of taking care of a puppy that came from them. Walles breeds labs but can't even take care of them without incident. The day before the puppy was to be picked up we received a text message that our dog was injured from her collar and they took her to the vet. The dog was returned with horrible looking scratches and scrapes on her neck. This is beyond unacceptable and heartbreaking to see this innocent puppy in pain. The dog was taken in with a prong collar that has rubber ends as she is being trained not to pull or jump. And as any dog owner with a brain knows prong collars are only to be used with on leash. We honestly feel like we will never know what actually happened to her neck but seems like the kennel never bothered to take her prong collar off once she was off the leash and left it on her for days while they obviously did not watch or notice anything was wrong for almost two weeks! You would think experienced breeders would know how to take care of one of their own puppies or do something as simple as taking off a prong collar when not on leash! Now puppy is on antibiotics, painkillers, and antiseptic spray for this issue. The kennel was apologetic but this should have never happened in the first place. This shows the kennel is careless to it's own puppies. Beware of this kennel and do not do business with them!

    Halas at 13 1/2 years
    Kristan D.

This was our first dog from AAA Labs, and boy was he amazing! Halas lived to be 13 1/2 years and he was walking 3 miles up until the last two weeks! He had an amazing drive, loved chasing a ball and loved to swim. He had such a great temperament and was always very loyal! Can't wait to get the word when we can pick up our next puppy from AAA Labs!

    Branding on my dogs ear
    Brooke N.

I got by baby years ago but to this day I'm disgusted with how they treated their dchose my dog because he was older and had been returned and I didn't want to leave him there to be bred to death. THIS IS A PUPPY MILL , not a breeder. A normal breeder doesn't need to brand their dogs as you can see in the photo .

    Jaeger chilling!
    George B.

I bought 2 labs from aaa labs. Bailey (yellow) and Jaeger (black). They were both amazing dogs. Bailey lived 13 years and Jaeger almost 16. I think I'm ready for my next one now. Bottom line, AAA Labs is great and their dogs are amazing. Both dogs had very sweet temperaments and were great family dogs!

We are absolutely in love with our new 12 week old baby girl Willow. Pauline is the best. She is so knowledgeable and loves all the dogs so much.

From our first grooming appt (about a yr ago) to sadly our last in Dec 2025, Jackie was the best! Kind, gentle, patient, compassionate, knowledgeable; always so warm and welcoming for myself and my pup. In March of this year, I called to schedule an appt and was told that Jackie no longer worked there and was provided no explanation or additional info. Needless to say, I was shocked and disappointed. I can't speak to what happened, as I don't know. Fortunately, after a bit of a search, I was able to find Jackie and thankfully, she has moved on with her own business. I'm so grateful I was able to reconnect with her as she's the best groomer we've ever had. As far as the 2 star rating, that stands for the business with regard to their lack of acknowledgement and communication with her clients. This rating by no means represents Jackie, as she is well beyond a 5 star rating! I was thankful that they accepted my county vaccination paperwork and that I was able to board my dog privately until she was spayed (which I did complete). There were some initial issues related to camera access and paperwork that were a bit frustrating at the time. The camera issue itself ultimately appeared to be more of a technical problem, but the initial communication at the front desk left me feeling like my concerns weren't fully heard. Looking back, it seems like something that could have been easily clarified with better communication. That said, coming from a customer service background, I believe it's important to give businesses the opportunity to address concerns before forming a final opinion. What really stood out to me was how the management team handled everything. They reached out, listened, and took my concerns seriously. They made the effort to explain, correct, and improve the experience, and followed up in a way that felt genuine and accountable. The issue was addressed quickly, and I truly believe they used the feedback as an opportunity to improve, which I really respect. Since then, I've continued bringing my dog here regularly - including overnight stays - and the difference has been clear. The staff is attentive, kind, and very in tune with the dogs. They recognize her, look forward to seeing her, and consistently keep me informed about how she's doing, including any concerns. She is treated with patience and care. They've also gone above and beyond in ways that meant a lot to me. They honored a daycare promotion I had missed when I first enrolled, and during a recent visit when my dog had been sprayed by a skunk, the team was incredibly attentive and helped clean her thoroughly and thoughtfully. That level of care made a stressful situation so much easier. The facility itself is clean and well-maintained, and the team members who work directly with the dogs genuinely seem to enjoy what they do. I have no doubt that they have the dogs' best interests in mind, even knowing how challenging it can be to manage so many different personalities. No place is perfect, and dogs can be unpredictable, but what matters most to me is how a business responds when something doesn't go as planned. In this case, they made it right, and that's why they've become my go-to for daycare and boarding. I'm very thankful to have found them, and my dog clearly feels comfortable there, which says everything.

After a previous negative experience, my fiancé and I waited several months before bringing our…read moredog, Posie, back to daycare. We decided to give this facility another chance because she genuinely loves playing with other dogs, and daycare seemed very different from overnight boarding. Before returning, we made it very clear to staff that because of our previous experience, we wanted to be contacted immediately about any issues involving Posie, no matter how minor. Staff assured us they would communicate with us, and based on those conversations, we felt comfortable trying daycare again. We had a few uneventful visits, but our most recent experience raised serious concerns and brought back many of the same issues we experienced before. We dropped Posie off around 2:30 PM for Day Camp. Around 3:55 PM, I checked the daycare cameras and noticed that she was nowhere to be found in the large playgroup area that we had paid for. Concerned, we contacted the facility to ask where she was. Initially, we were told that Posie had been placed in a holding area while staff handled transfers and departures. Later, a supervisor called us and explained that because Posie is "rambunctious," she had been separated into holding crates while staff completed other responsibilities. During the conversation, he stated that she had been there since arrival. This was frustrating because it meant our dog had spent a significant portion of her daycare visit separated from the group without our knowledge. Had this been communicated to us, we could have made an informed decision about whether daycare was the right fit that day. What was particularly concerning was that it appeared Posie's situation was only addressed after we noticed she was missing from the cameras and contacted the facility ourselves. While we were still on the phone with staff, we observed Posie being brought back into the play area on a leash. This left us wondering whether she would have remained in the holding area even longer had we not checked the cameras and called. When I expressed concern about how long Posie had been confined, the supervisor focused on correcting my estimate, explaining that because her drop-off was at 2:30 PM, she had "technically" only been there for about 90 minutes. The issue was never whether it was 90 minutes or two hours. The issue was that our dog had spent a significant portion of the daycare session separated from the activities we were paying for without any communication to us. What made the explanation confusing was that Posie has attended daycare here multiple times, and staff had always given us positive feedback about her interactions with other dogs. We had never been told she was disruptive, difficult to manage, or unable to participate in daycare. The first time her behavior was presented as a concern was after we discovered she had been separated from group play, which left us confused by the sudden change in messaging. Another part of the conversation that left me frustrated was when the supervisor told us that it seemed the facility was unable to meet our needs and suggested that perhaps this was not the right place for our dog. We had not yet spoken with management, nor had anyone attempted to address the concerns we were raising before suggesting that we take our business elsewhere. This also brought back concerns from a previous daycare visit. On that occasion, Posie came home with a wound on her leg that our veterinarian indicated was consistent with a bite or tooth abrasion from another dog. Thankfully it was not severe, but the skin was punctured and required monitoring. We were never contacted about the injury, and when we asked staff about it afterward, we were told there was no report of any incident occurring. That previous experience was one of the main reasons we stopped bringing Posie here for several months. We eventually decided to give the facility another chance because she enjoys socializing with other dogs and hoped the prior incident was isolated. Unfortunately, after this most recent experience, many of the same concerns resurfaced. Another concern is the overall level of supervision during busy periods. During our recent phone call, staff repeatedly described the environment as chaotic and explained that they were managing multiple responsibilities at once. As a customer, that left me wondering whether there are enough staff members available to supervise the number of dogs present while simultaneously handling transfers, cleaning, pickups, and other duties. Finally, during the last two daycare visits, Posie was returned to us completely soaked and smelling strongly of urine. We were told that staff regularly clean and mop the play areas, but both times we felt the need to bathe her immediately upon arriving home because of the odor. I am currently waiting to speak with management and hope these concerns are taken seriously.

Jax had a long history of worsening mobility problems, limping, weakness, pain, trouble standing, and documented masses. In 2024, a cytology sample from a mass came back limited/nondiagnostic, but I was never made to understand that this meant a serious tumor process had not actually been ruled out. Later, Jax underwent surgery for removal of masses, and I eventually learned there was "no way to know" what those masses actually were because definitive histopathology was never completed. Over time, the records continued documenting concerning findings including suspected neoplasia/mass, worsening hind limb weakness, enlarged lymph nodes, mobility decline, and progressive pain. In August 2025, abdominal and hind limb X-rays were performed while Jax was already struggling with worsening weakness and mobility decline. Looking back now, I seriously question whether the underlying tumor process was adequately recognized or escalated at that point. In November 2025, Jax became extremely sick and weak. A lot of the focus appeared directed toward suspected pancreatitis and diabetes management. After seeking a second opinion, another veterinarian documented severe pelvic limb weakness, muscle wasting, neurologic decline, and a large femoral mass. The veterinarian who later performed Jax's euthanasia documented massive tumor-related swelling involving his left pelvic limb and concern for neoplastic disease including possible nerve sheath tumor or sarcoma. What completely haunts me is how Jax died. During his final days, my dog was crying in pain, struggling to move, and suffering in ways I will never forget for the rest of my life. I had to make the devastating decision to euthanize him at home because his condition had progressed so severely that he could no longer walk without suffering. After another veterinarian questioned aspects of the treatment approach and documented the large mass findings, I've requested a refund and tried to get answers regarding how Jax's condition progressed to such a severe state. I never received meaningful clarification from Dr. Dunbar. I have since submitted a Veterinary Medical Board complaint along with supporting medical records, imaging, second-opinion evaluations, and euthanasia documentation for review. Please advocate hard for your pets, request copies of every diagnostic report, and seek second opinions early if something does not feel right.
