Got my hair cut and dried by Ketty who specializes in just about everything from what i saw. I got a pixie cut and felt very happy with results . I will definitely be back ! PLEASE CATEFUL. WITH ALL DUE RESPECT. I did not want to do this, but I had no choice. This is only for 1 specific hairdresser. I booked a haircut with Ketty Viera after seeing her work on Instagram which was good on pictures. Initially, she quoted $60 for a haircut with blow dry, but upon arrival, the price was raised to $80 for a "style cut/ Bob" which I did not request and clearly i dont have. Does that look bob to you?? The haircut itself was uneven, she mentioned her scissors were not the best and admitted the fist time when proof were sent to her via text, the Hair did not look even as you see in the 1st picture. When I returned for a correction, it only became worse. It is not only uneven. It is shorter and in the backside I barely have hair.. look at The pictures my haircut so called hair style = UNEVEN. The rest of the pictures you see is her hair stile correction= A DISASTER. Which, instead of correcting it, she ruined it completely. MY HAIR IS and was RUINED. BY KETTY VIERA. After sending her text messages with this disaster, I called the owner., a decent lady, but couldn't help where I later learned by the owner that she rents a chair and sets her own prices, when she ( ketty) first told me that she was hired by the owners. How convenient. With this said, neither she nor the owner of 107 beauty bar offered accountability or a refund out of decency Unfortunately. How can they sleep knowing they ruined somebody's hair ?? My hair was left damaged and my experience was very disappointing. They don't want to be accountable. She doesn't want to take responsibility. Ketty expressed that she never had problems before. Guess what!!, there's always a first time and I was their first time. There's never a problem till there's one. You can judge by the picture. Horrible work it's all chopped off. A really Bad experience just happened to me . Very sad and disappointing, this is hair, and it doesn't grow in 3 days. It takes months and years to grow. It is not nail polish u can fix. The hairdresser had the audacity to tell me that my hair looks like that due to my gray hair and because I use cheap products. And that I need to blow dry my hair better so it looks like her picture and the way she blowdried my hair. Read her response on a text I got. -------- CUIDADO, ESTO ES CON TODO RESPETO. Y ÚNICAMENTE PARA UNA ESTILISTA. Fui a cortarme el cabello con Katty después de ver su trabajo en Instagram. Primero me cotizó $60 con secado incluido, pero al llegar me aumentó el precio a $80 por un "corte de estilo" que ella No me hizo y no solicite. Mi cabello es liso y recto, El corte quedó disparejo., ella acepto arreglarlo porque se dio cuenta de la gran diferencia. Inclusive me dijo que ultilizo una tijera q por ella misma no servia bien y necesitaba cambiar., Cuando regresé para que corrigiera mi corte, mi cabello terminó PEOR. MI CABELLO ESTA ARRUINADO Y PICODEADO. Las 2 primeras fotos son la primera vez que me corté el cabello y quedó disparejo. La segunda vez, Agosto 18/2025, donde me arruinó el cabello completamente. Esta todo picoteado , tengo menos cabello de un lado que de otro y lo arruinó mas aun con una tijera que utilizó para quitar volumen q parece un peine. HORRIBLE TRABAJO. Pura foto es lo que vende, Ni la estilista ni la dueña del salón asumieron responsabilidad, ni me ofrecieron un reembolso o la mitad por verguenza o consideracon. Mi cabello quedó arruinado y la falta de profesionalismo fue muy decepcionante. La dueña muy educada,dulcemente me dijo que no podia ayudarme que me llamaria y nunca lo hizo. Ellas dicen que nunca han tenido problemas, Pero siempre hay una primera vez., Y fui yo la que pago el precio. MAL TRABAJO, MI CABELLO ESTA ARRUINADO Jusguen por las Fotos. MALISSIMO, MUY TRISTE. Nota: Inclusive la peluquera tuvo la audacia de decir que mis Canas y el uso de producto baratos son los que me hacen que mi cabello luzca de esa manera que no es el corte, y que no me lo se secar bien. Ningún estilista en la industria me ha dicho que el cabello luce así después de un corte por culpa de las Canas. Y un mal shampoo. Wow!!!!!! Que sabe ella q tipo de producto uso o no. Doral's selection of nail salons is DISMAL... After looking on YELP once again for a salon, I found this one. Coming from NY, it's been very difficult finding a salon here. PROS: Large color selections for regular color and gel color Comfortable mani-pedi stations CONS: I was told over the phone a mani-pedi was $25 but it ended up being $36 without tip. I enjoyed the mani-pedi experience and my nail tech but I wasn't even doing much and the manicure already began chipping after a day and a half. Cons: I will not be returning to this place. My haircut was the most atrocious thing that has happened to me. I asked for a trim and the man that cut my hair buzzed the very bottom of my hair and I was speechless. He did it so quickly, and it was unnecessary because I had a bob. Came here because it was close to my hotel and they had an opening for a walk-in. The lady who answered the phone was friendly and accommodating. Pedicure was $25 for your basic color and trim, nothing else. The salon is bilingual but Spanish is definitely the language of choice for most of the people working here. read more

After being disappointed with Doral's selection of Nail salons for quite some time, I decided to give 107 Beauty Bar & Spa a try. Love their location, decor, and concept but unfortunately had the worse manicure/pedicure ever. Their selection of nail polishes was extremely limited, not only did they not have marshmallow or funny bunny which are extremely popular, but they also did not have color match polishes available so my gel manicure was a complete different shade compared to my regular pedicure polish. I did love the complimentary glass of wine during my pedicure, excellent touch. I truly wish I could look past my experience because I did like the feel of their location but unfortunately I am not paying for the glass of wine and clean decor, I am paying for a good manicure and pedicure which they could not provide. read more
