Paying a good amount "less" for vehicles than any surrounding businesses. 3 dollars per hundred less!! do not have the prices listed in the yard only in the front office. You have to leave the yard drive up two fences and go into the front office to collect. and there's always some kind of change to the rules when you go in. been going for years probably will never go back. read more

wife and I stopped in to look at a seat shown on line for my car. Printed out the search with part number. When I stepped to the counter, the girl gave me attitude as the part # was an old part number and I told her that is what is shown on line today. Then she told us where the car might be but said "if it's still here" and aimed us out the door. Never did find the car or the seat as most cars were stacked 6 high and crushed. How would I get a seat out of that I have no idea. Won't be going back. People in the yard didn't speak to or assist anyone and overall, a crappy experience. read more

I want all to know that 109 has to be the worst at customer service anywhere. I bought a transmission with the understanding that I only had a 30 day warranty. Transmission lasted only 2 months. I got in touch with them and asked if they could help me find another at the same or close to the same price and was told they could get me another at 3 times the price I was willing to pay for another one, which is a lot to me but not the 3 times the amount. I wasn't asking them to give me another one under warranty, just at a price comparable to this one. Thanks for listening or reading. read more

Called to ask about inventory. Was met with rudest and worst customer service I've ever received. Only asked if they had wheels I was looking for. I might have bought 4 if there was any attempt to treat me like a potential customer. She was able to find out the number of vehicles they had on the lot, but I suppose their inventory doesn't go as far as how many wheels they have sold/have left. This was explained to me in the rudest way possible. I could hear her rolling her eyes over the phone as she spoke down to me for asking a few simple questions. Her excuse for this behavior was "I field calls like this all day." She certainly knew how much she was going to charge me for them, though! The price was reasonable (only reason for the 2 star). I've got no problem coming down and pulling the wheels myself, given the name of the place. Just didn't want to waste gas. If my call had been handled properly, the price might have convinced me to come down and look around. If I end up paying more somewhere else, it will be because I'd rather give my money to a place that doesn't think they can just treat people any sort of way over the phone. read more

Where is the negative stars review tab? Have been a customer there before and took advantage of the companies claim to deliver as well. I was more than willing to do so just the other day on 08/08/17, was prepaying the order and wanted it delivered to an address in Pilot Mountain. They informed they only deliver to a business. To which I gave them a business address, a motel office where I work. We only deliver to garages was the reply...a lie, last time they delivered to me it was brought to a convenience store. When called on this, they told me they could not, as the delivery person was a 20 year old female and it was illegal in NC to have her deliver to anything but a garage...a lie, no such statute exist. She can sell beer and wine, but can't deliver a part? If you are going to be worthless enough to lie to me, get a clue! Finally told them to keep the d*** thing and hung up.
