Our sales consultant this time was Doug Guzick, and he is a completely solid guy. Great communicator, kept us up to date on what was happening throughout the process of getting the vehicle we wanted there and then getting it transferred to us. He knows what he is doing, knows how to make things smooth for his customers, and is just plain nice. In the process of dealing with my last vehicle's problems, I dealt with a number of different dealers, and the one that really treated me right was Parkway. Save yourself time and your money! A little over a month…read moreago, I had my 2021 Ford Bronco Sport serviced here for an entire EVAP replacement. This costed me over $1,200 and 2 trips to Parkway, because it wasn't completed right the first time. This required the protective felt underbody liners/shields to be removed. I was told everything was fixed, but then I started hearing a creaking noise when I hit bumps, or came to a stop. After contacting Parkway Ford again, they "looked at" the car yet again and "maneuvered" the piece back into place- yet the creaking noise continued. I was then told it may be my Rear Differential failing... well that's another $4,000 they attempted to scam me out of, because I took my car to another mechanic who raised the car, and found that my Bronco's underbody had been tucked under metal, and a bolt was missing..I was also told in the process that my cars outer body was damaged, but they're not taking accountability for it. I was suppose to receive a call from the owner of this dealership and never did. Seems like they know they were caught in a scam. Don't waste your time here.

The estimate came quickly based on the sensor data. The downside was the car needed parts that weren't in stock at the dealership. Since it was the holidays it took a week and a half to get me back on the road.
