WI have since found out that Jose has quit working for Bryant and he called me and asked me if I had found anyone to finish the job. I told him yes I did. He apologized for leaving us the way they did. I am going to post pictures of the way Bryant left the job. This guy doesn't need to be in business. He is very unprofessional and doesn't care about anyone but himself. His workmanship is terrible and he is a liar. I hope this review keeps other people from going through the nightmare that we went through.

Tried to support a small business who provided a reasonable quote and did decent work. However, jokes on us because we had to pay 5000$ to fix fire damages after he caught our backyard and neighbors backyard and multiple trees on fire due to lack of safety practices. He did not have a welding spotter, did not have a water source, or fire extinguisher. Zach refused to pay ANYTHING toward to the damages after repeatedly IN WRITING promised us that he would make it right. Save yourself the headache and hire someone reputable and with insurance. *Multiple certified arborists came to review the damage from the fire. The conclusion was that several trees need to be replaced and treated. The 5000$ was a conservative invoice of damages.

I have called Zach for about two weeks now, leaving a total of approx. 3 voicemails, over 10 text messages and have yet to receive a call back; still waiting. Boy, but Zach stayed on top of things when it came time for booking the job & receiving the money. We stayed in constant contact until the job was done and money paid out. Now about a month in a half later our fence is leaning, the doors are tilted, and there are gaps in the pickets of a board on board fence. No, where to be found. It has and still is impossible to get a return call. I believe the number I call was a personal cellphone, being used as a home based office. It seems like this company is a rip off. Beware of this company, Zach and his company are not as prominent or upstanding as they say. So, what I learned about this company through my experience with the owner himself and his company, is to stay away. If there is a problem with your fence, they fix, they will run, hide, ignore your calls and act is if they do not know you, but he knew the almighty green dollar bills. And for this I CHOOSE NOT TO RATE THIS COMPANY, THEY ARE NOT STAR QUALITY, not of even a quarter of a star. It's so sad, you try to hire someone in your community to keep the money within & this is the results you get from greedy hungry SMALL business owners, such has Zach. Maybe the positive reviews posted, where from friends and family, because the customers service and fence work that we have received has been sub par. From my personal experience, I would never use them again and recommend you stay away too.

I later thought of a revision and they also handled that promptly. When I gave them to go ahead they sent a document for my signature and started work the next week. With all the documentation that was little room for error on either side.
