I'm surprised the reviews are so low. I had the firecracker shrimp and pickle fries to start - both gluten free because my friend has an allergy. They take allergies seriously - everything is fried separately which my friend really appreciated. The burgher was solid as well.

I really like this place! The food is always good as is the service! I had Johnson as my server and he did a great job answering questions. They specialize in making meals from scratch (minus breads, fries, and such). They also accommodate those with food allergies or dietary restrictions, which I appreciate. I tried the chicken caprese (gluten free version) with the artisan salad. It was delicious! The chicken was cooked perfectly with fresh Parmesan cheese. The salad had a mix of pesto and olive oil, which made it very hearty. They have plenty of seating options, tables, booths, bar seating. I'd love to go back here with a larger party and see if the service is consistent. I had no issues with my meal.

We asked at the hotel we were staying at for a good place to eat dinner and were directed to this restaurant. We were greeted by a friendly hostess and seated immediately. A sign on the door warned of staff shortages and what could be extensive wait times but we were here on a Tuesday evening around 5. Our waitress was friendly and accommodating and told us they usually have 6 staff in the kitchen whereas lately it has been only 3 and they just finished up a busy graduation/Mother's Day weekend. So, we were prepared for a slower service. What we were not prepared for was just ok food. We started with the hot crab dip appetizer which was served with toast points, potato chips and celery. It wasn't too bad and I liked it with the toast points which we ate up with the first 1/4 of the dip and were left with chips and celery. The celery worked ok for dipping but you basically had to use the spoon to put your dip on the chip, especially as the dip cooled and was not as soft as when it first came out. I ordered the pulled pork Mac n cheese which was piled high with onion rings. The flavors I got were bbq and garlic. The "cheese" sauce reminded me more of a fettuccine sauce than a Mac n cheese sauce. I know it has some cheese in it because it has a sting here and there when I picked up a noodle. But for this Wisconsin girl it was not cheese enough to be considered a Mac n cheese. My husband ordered a burger and sweet potato fries. His fries were stone cold but he didn't want to complain as we were aware of the staff shortages. He said his burger was tasteless. I had a bite and liked the crunchy toast bun but it did lack flavor and we are not talking salt. We use no salt seasoning at home so are use to food not being salty. That part we can appreciate to have not overly salty food. $75 for our meal before tip. We noticed around this area that the majority of restaurants have under 4 star ratings.

Would love to give 5 - maybe next time. Food - we both had the kale salad was 5*. We added chicken for $9. Next time we probably won't. The salad is so significant that it stands on its own! Why not 5*'s? Unfortunately a common theme from other reviews. Short staffed and we got passed 3 times to another staffer. It's close but they need to figure that out before it's 5*. Sat outside and nice touch - had a little light under the umbrella. Definitely with a try and a great spot for gluten free and healthy/good tasting food. Looking forward to our next trip there hopefully with improved staffing #'s.

Waitress was very friendly and met all expectations. Addie. We had a party of 8 on Sunday arrived at 6:30 we received drinks and ordered about 7:00. The restaurant was not crowded at all and we had a large table and it was pretty quiet which was nice for the family. Food came out at 7:40. All the food was good. My brother loved his Rueben and the pulled pork sandwich looked delicious. I ordered fish tacos that were good. My wife liked her shrimp with risotto and noted the risotto was nice and cheesy. Overall a good experience and I'm not sure how well they would fair on a busy day. Although they may be managing customers based on staffing because I did see the hostess tell a few groups that came in that the wait would be about 30 min and the groups chose not to wait. I'm glad we made reservations. They also have gluten free options that my sister likes.

Came to Rochester for work and 110 Grill was reccomended by a few people. Went on a Tuesday evening. It wasn't overly packed. Food was good and so was the service.

When it is all perfect. I can write so much or little to nothing. And when I say this is the best place I have eaten at since I been visiting Rochester. Yet in the 13 years, I have traveled to Rochester. The staff is really good. I wish I had gotten my waitress name. She was really cool and attentive. The outdoor seating is really nice and had a nice fire pit. They had a very large bar area to sit at if that is your thing. The BBQ chicken salad. I can only say on this day it was absolutely outstanding. Fresh, the perfect BBQ sauce. But just enough when you mix everything together. The portion was more than enough. Definitely, I would recommend this place to all Yelp readers in the area. Give this place a try

It looked good and close to where my customers work place was. It turned out to be a good choice. I called for a lunch reservation but turned out it wasn't needed. There were a few tables filled but there was plenty of room. The tables were nice as we got a high top that reminded me of a bowling lane it was kinda cool. The chairs were mismatched on purpose and I loved it. They had a sitting area with a big soft looking couch. The menu was a good size and I liked a bunch of options. I went with the rice bowl with portobello. It was delicious. It had picked vegetables, rice, pico and some sort of wasabi drizzle. I would have eaten another. We got an app that was pita, veggies and pita. The hummus was good and the pesto was very good the only down side is it could have had more pita as there was a lot of pesto hummus and roasted red pepper dip left. Staff was quick and chef was on top of her game I would suggest for anyone that is in the area. Stop in give it a try. I will come back and try some other meals. The burgers that came out looked amazing as they went by

Desserts however, are unbelievably delicious and generously portioned! Had a tough time making decision. This place, known for its desserts has a full bakery display when you walk in. I was done with work, tooling around Henrietta, and thanks to my errant GPS, took a wrong turn down Clay Road. That's how I found this place. Since I came in on the Clay Road entrance, I had no idea it was actually in the Holiday Inn and Suites, on the corner of Jefferson and Clay Roads. Of course, this means that it has a huge private parking lot. I used the Clay Road entrance, leading directly into the restaurant. It's actually bigger than you would think. It's very sleek, modern and cosmopolitan. To the left as you enter, is a gleaming, polished, black marble bar and barstools, with large, flat- screen TVs flanking the bar. I seated myself at one of the tables between the bar and the long, rectangular high top that separates the dining room. On the other side of the rectangngular table, is a spacious, living-room area, with comfy chairs and sofas, and another large flat-screen. It's a great place to gather and have drinks, or just relax and scroll through your email. There were over a dozen people enjoying their drinks and laughing and a couple of teenagers chilling on the sofas, intent on their cells. An impeccably groomed server, Preston, immediately came over and greeted me and gave me a menu. He served me both times that I was there for dinner. He asked about my mother, which was kind. I was impressed that he even remembered, considering the amount of people he serves. He even remembered what I had to drink (Prosecco) the first time. I usually avoid eating in hotels, even while on a trip in bad weather. Between his excellent service, and the delicous food here, I was warming to eating in a hotel, even if I live in Rochester. The first time, I asked him what he suggested; he said their burgers were excellent. I ordered a build-your-own Burger, with cheddar cheese, tomato, lettuce, and onion. The burgers all come with a side of fries or Pub Chips. Preston said that the Pub Chips are made in-house daily. I went with those. I changed my mind and canceled the lettuce, fearing iceberg. Being rather soft-spoken, he probably didn't hear that, and my burger arrived with lettuce. Fortunately, it was not the iceberg that I loathe; it was a nice wonderfully green and crisp leaf lettuce. I took one look at the Burger and thought "Oh Mama, there's no way I'm going to finish this sucker," as it was huge...like the Grand Canyon of burgers. I'm not a picky eater, just not a big eater. But I had a very light, early lunch, and was pretty sure I could eat most of it. I ate it all. I'm not generally a fan of fried foods, but the pub chips were beyond delicious. It was all I could do to restrain myself from eating them all; I saved some for my mom and it was quite a sacrifice. She devoured them. Last week I bounced in and decided to try their chicken wings. Man, they really give Richmond's a run for their money: large, meaty drums perfectly slathered in delicious buffalo sauce. They were served with a handful of carrot and celery sticks and the de rigueur blue cheese. Nice presentation, too. I highly recommend trying this Hidden Gem. This place not only knocked my socks off, it made them roll up and down.
