Friends and I decided to try this place today and it was a real mistake. We got here at noon (they open at 11:30). There were a couple of other people in the restaurant, but it wasn't overly busy. We ordered our food, we were brought our waters, and then we waited. For an hour. At the 45 minute mark, we were told by the waitress that because our ticket went in first, that it didn't "go in all the way" whatever that means. While we waited another 15 minutes, we watched other tables be brought their food, and in fairness, those people appeared to be enjoying their food, but when ours came, the fries were cold and the "well done" burger that we ordered was practically raw. They did take the burger off of the bill because it was inedible, but it was a real waste of time. Overall, I would caution anyone to go literally anywhere else. Henrietta is full of good places to eat, so check out Red Robin, Smash Burger, Denny's, literally anywhere else. read more

It was very quiet when we went in (Monday night), and a waitress was in training, so service was very attentive. I'm used to having very limited options because I'm a vegan, but was very happy to see the kale salad and veggie stir fry on the menu. I had the stir fry and it was amazing! I love that it was over pasta and not rice. We also had the fries and pickle chips. The only improvements I would suggest are to add a few more pasta dishes, and to add vegan cheese as an optional substitute. I would definitely pay a surcharge for that option. (Violife cheese is cost friendly and delicious!) If blue cheese and "goat" cheese style crumbles, cheddar and mozzarella style shreds, and sliced American and smoked Gouda style slices or other dairy free substitutes were available it would satisfy those of us that are vegan or dairy free, and would open up multiple other menu possibilities. read more

We've been here twice now and have had good service both times. The first was a random midday stop shortly after things began opening again, and our server was funny, attentive, and had great recommendations. This time we stopped in on a Saturday night without a reservation and found ourselves seated at the bar. Even short staffed, the bartender was very nice and kept up with everyone. (Though I do hope they staff up - he looked exhausted). The first time, we chose the fried pickle chips and they were crispy and very well made. This go round we went with spinach dip, a burger, and scampi. Everything was good. I do think everything is slightly overpriced for what you get. The interior of the restaurant is very nicely arranged, and the bar is well designed. The dining area looks a bit dated for how new it all is, but overall it was a pleasant experience and I would recommend after a day of shopping in the area. read more

Fantastic food starting with the house salad. I got the Cajun salmon and my BF got the same but with swordfish. Both were delish. The blueberry sangria was the best. I'd go back just for that. Our server was Jasmine. She was very friendly. However she did not set the expectation that our food would take an hour plus. Ordered the cod fish with Brussels and broccoli. The veggies were very cold and the fish was greasy and soggy. I sent my veggies back and they were retuned on the same plate unmoved. Clearly they microwaved them. I would have thought after waiting greater than one hour the broccoli would have been fully cooked. It was extremely raw and cold. Even after the microwave. My Book Club decided to have our final meeting of the year here. It's a great space and the food was pretty good. I was a little bit disappointed in my burger. The actual burger patty itself and the bacon were delicious, however, it had an egg and tater tots on top that really flattened out the flavor. I wish I had gotten the pulled pork mac & cheese like I had planned. Judging from the sounds coming from my friend, Lauren, it was especially flavorful. I guess that means I need to take another trip there. I tried to delicious sangria options. My friend, SARAH, tried to berry flavored mixed drinks and really loved those as well. I splurged even more by getting a to go container of the Keylime pie. It totally puckered my face. Loved it. Angie, our server, was attentive, friendly, and helpful. Great service at the bar... tableside not so much. Boy, there are things I dig @ 110 Grill. For one, the turkey burger is a solid family favorite. I like that you can switch up the bun if you don't care for the default ciabatta roll. Other favorites include the burger and their take on the Cuban sandwich. However, I tried the pulled pork/Mac an cheese combo for lunch on our lat trip and I was not impressed. The pulled pork was dry and was lacking barbecue sauce. Plus, the dish was LOADED with onion rings, which overpowered the dish. Not a repeater for me. Would like to see 110 mix it up a bit, and keep an eye on their table service. Until I hear otherwise, it will be barside for us when we visit. read more

This restaurant is right in the hotel district strip in Henrietta. There are a lot of restaurants in the area keeping busy with out of towners. 110 Grill is positioned as a fine dining restaurant, with a big bar. Facilities are clean and spacious with an attractive upscale decor. Went on a Sunday for an early dinner. To be fair, restaurants don't often have their A game on a Sunday night. Staff was just overwhelmed this night. Restaurant wasn't full, just very short staffed. Felt bad for them. Despite my business degree, I'm certain I don't know how hard it is to attract and retain qualified service staff in today's food service environment. Sliders and tot app were really quite good. Skip the Caesar salad, just nothing special. Chicken entree arrived literally burnt, just unedible. Had them take it off the bill because just couldn't wait another half hour. Our experience may not be typical. They might be better on a Friday or Satirday night. Probably won't retry soon. Our last visit was very good but this was several years ago. read more

Even though it's a chain, the restaurant has a unique local feel, and is especially useful for gluten-free diners. The gluten-free dishes observe the strict protocol, and even a fryer is dedicated to gluten-free dining. We came in for a late lunch on Sunday and it was not busy. We were seated promptly and our server Josiah was prompt and knowledgeable. I had a fantastic Reuben sandwich. The flavor mix of the meat cheese sauerkraut and dressing in the marble bread was perfect. My husband had the Cuban and it was moist and flavorful. My grand daughter had the grilled cheese which a slightly nutty cheese on a toasted yet not greasy bread. We ended up taking 2 sandwich halves to go. The sandwiches are generously sized. My boyfriend and I come here all the time. I absolutely love their wedge salad! My boyfriend usually gets the bbq chicken salad which is also amazing. However, today he decided to get the BBQ burger which was pretty tasty as well. Today we also tried the fried pickle chips and the firecracker shrimp (not pictured). Our favorite appetizer are the pickle chips which we always get with our meal. However, the shrimp was good as well. There are several things I like about this restaurant such as: 1. They ask you if you have any allergies or diet restrictions a find really go out of their way to make gluten free, dairy free, and other options. 2. It has a very nice ambiance 3. The staff are always very friendly. We've had Lisa as our waitress several times and she always treats us well. 4. They have a bar and their drinks are great! They even have low calorie options. My friend and I stopped the other night as we wanted to try something new and were tired of our own food. Seated right away, Kim was our excellent server. Menu is varied, you have plenty of choices, fun drinks, appetizers, and desserts. Drinks arrived quickly, as did our salads, followed by our delicious entree's. I had the Cuban, seriously one of the best, was too much for me so took the other half home. My friend loved her choice as well. What was nice, was that Kim checked on us regularly, as did a manager (I think) but also the cook! Nice follow up, and they were seating customers appropriately apart for social distancing, love it! We should have trusted our 1st instinct and not gone. But we took a chance, and it was the wrong choice. We went At about 4:30 on a Saturday. Place was empty. A few tables, but no more than six tables had customers. As soon as we sat down, our server 'Lori' came to the table. She didnt greet us, so I initiated the conversation by asking 'How are you tonight?'. Her response was 'I am SO done with this place!' She then made a few more comments about the poor management of the restaraunt, the hostess doesn't do her job, and she can't wait for the place to go out of business. We should have left then. Reluctantly, we ordered spinach artichoke apps, shrimp scampi and gnocchi bolognese. Then we waited. And waited. Got the apps, and honestly, it was really good. Chips were fresh, and the marble rye was great. As we sat, we heard Lori complain to other staff about varrying things, but she was also just loud and very unprofessional. When the entrees came, the scampi was fair. The gnocchi was cold. Cold. I mean it was cold, like it came out of the fridge. I didn't eat much. As we 'finished', Lori asked if I wanted a box. I said no thank you. She pressed. I said no thank you again, as I was flying very early in the morning. She then argued with me that I would want to eat some of that 'delicious bolle' around midnight tonight. Once more I said no thank you. The bill was $78. I left $3 for the appetizer. I went to 110 grill with my friend for dinner and it was alright. It took an incredibly long time (about 45 minutes) for our food to come out for how few people there were in the restaurant. I'd heard mixed reviews about this restaurant but I enjoyed it. The inside is nicer than I expected for a chain. I'd compare it to almost the level of say, Carabba's. Get the pulled pork nachos for an app! They're amazing! The menu has a variety of food from pastas to burgers. I got a cheeseburger which was delicious. I didn't think it looked very big, but it was because I couldn't finish it. What I liked most was that they grilled the bun and the inside of the bone was crunchy. Also, the burger was still warm until I got to the end, which is what I like to call good timing. That shows that the food didn't sit in a window waiting to be picked up! But with that being said, unfortunately the food did not all come out at once to our table. I almost got the Wedge salad as my entree but changed my mind. I am getting that next because I saw one go by the table and it was HUGE and looked very good! We never have had a bad experience to date and absolutely love the 110 Grill. Although we arrived on a busy Friday night we were seated amidst immediately and greeted by Jessica, our server. She was attentive and absolutely phenomenal, balancing tables both inside and out on the patio. We started the night with fried pickles and drinks. For dinner I had the turkey burger, my daughter the artichoke pasta, my husband the steak salad with added shrimp (a bit pricey, we thought), and our son the gnocchi. Everything was fantastic! We arrived on a Friday at noon and were able to seat our party of 5 (haha!) outside on the patio immediately. The patio, by the way, is gorgeous with awesome patio furniture, as well as a giant fire pit with cozy looking couches and chairs around that. Each table had an umbrella and were socially distanced from each other. We started off with the Calamari and Crab Rangoon dip. YUM! The calamari was fried but they also fried banana peppers also, so that was a tasty treat and the spicy sweet Asian chili dipping sauce was DELIGHTFUL! I just wish they had served a bit more of the dipping sauce. The Crab Rangoon dip was also tasty, served with house made chips and roasted bread slices. I ordered the Kale Brussels salad with grilled chicken and my oh my was this the perfect summer salad! The dressing (a whole grain mustard vinaigrette) really made the whole salad along with the chopped gala apples and goat cheese! I also splurged and ordered a side of sweet potato fries and those did not disappoint! We definitely could have ordered one side of fries to share amongst the table because the portion was huge! They also gave us honey on the side for dipping, which was a tasty treat I had never thought of! My friends ordered the steak salad and gave rave reviews (they looked delicious also!) The only reason I cannot give this a 5 star review is the prices are higher than what you would expect (in my personal opinion). I'm giving this a 2 but I don't recommend you give them the benefit of the doubt. We we here because two people in our party of six have food allergies and they have a great reputation for catering to that, which they delivered on. We went on a Friday night and they were busy, but there were still plenty of empty tables. The service was a bit slow and our waitress was not very attentive. One person ordered the grilled swordfish with garlic butter and it was over cooked with no discernible garlic butter. Another ordered the grilled salmon and had the same problem. Two of us ordered the chicken piccata gnocchi and the chicken was good, but the sauce had way too much lemon and was missing the sage. My wife's salad was fine but the again, the grilled chicken on top was over cooked. One meal, a fried chicken sandwich, was fine. In summary, don't go there. read more

This place is in desperate need of new management. I truly feel sorry for the employees. The bartender was overwhelmed due to lack of staffing. It took over 30 minutes to place an order and another 45 minutes for our food. I ordered tomato soup which was delicious but cold. The couple sitting next to me also complained. I wish they posted the pre-opening event on Yelp so that more of us would have gone there and put up good reviews here. I stumbled upon this event on Eventbrite (freebie scored). I arrived one hour after the starting time and did not know the names of the dishes. I had these in small plates: fish with quinoa, beans and arugula salad, steak with risotto, meatballs with mashed potatoes, and artichoke/spinach dip filled mini bun. I actually had two of the fish, because the consistency was impressive: both were moist and tender. The steak looked like chuck, was tender and not greasy. The risotto was a tad salty and the rice was al dente. The meatball seemed pretty standard, soft and was not dry. The mashed potatoes was seasoned well. I liked the mini bun because of the contrast between the creaminess of the filling and the chewiness of the crust. The fish/crab dip on the crusty flatbread was also on point though I'm not so sure about the biased cut scallion pieces. The color scheme inside is rather autumnal. The space is huge, especially the bar area. The tables and chairs are simple looking, which adds a bit casual vibe. read more

AMAZING GLUTEN FREE EXPERIENCE! 110 Grill takes allergies super serious - your food comes out with an allergy pick, gets coded in RED in the computer/notepad AND a manager brings it out. The menu for GF is VERY extensive - I've never had so many fried options in my life! They have a completely dedicated fryer and gluten free buns. I had the GF pulled pork, topped with fried onion straws, coleslaw and pickles. It was divine - the sweet potato fries were great - not the hottest, but honestly I don't care about that My husband ordered GF as well so he got the Cuban - which was a combo of pork, ham, fried pickles, and swiss cheese- it was a combo of hot and cold - which was weird, but still good.
