There was one car at the window when I arrived and one car ahead of me and one pulled up behind me. After waiting at least 10 minutes the car at the window was still there. After another 5 minutes the car was still at the window. The car behind me decided to leave. After another 5 minutes I too decided to leave. As I was leaving the car that was causing the long delays finally was leaving. I rolled my window down and asked the person why they are so inconsiderate to take so long at the window. Her response to me was to give me the finger. Then to make matters worse, a pharmacy associate came outside a proceeded to tell me they can be at the window as long as needed. Maybe CVS can come up with a policy that if at the window is having a situation that is going to cause such a long delay, they are told to pull off the line and come inside. Most people taking advantage of the drive up, are looking to save time by picking up prescription that are ready. I will never give this store my business again!!

This was one of the only pharmacies that carried the medication the physician has prescribed. I had previously spoken to Ralph on the phone when the surgeon's office emailed me a list of pharmacies that "may" carry what my child was going to need. I called about 2 weeks prior to the surgery and Ralph said no problem! We will definitely have your medication, we always keep it in stock! After the procedure, I drove to Moby and they had everything I needed. I spoke to Ralph again and he was very kind and knowledgeable. He explained the dosages and said if I had any questions, don't hesitate to call. If I lived closer, I would make this my pharmacy for ALL of my prescription needs!
