First, they made a mistake with my son's prescription and did not fill it correctly. Then, last week, I spoke with them about refilling a prescription and made it clear that I needed it by Monday. They told me that would be fine. When I went I was told that the prescription was not ready, and I was told no one had ordered it. The owner/pharmacist was dismissive and treated it like it was just a simple mistake. But this is medication. Pharmacies are responsible for people's health and safety, and mistakes like this can have serious consequences. One mistake was bad enough. Two is completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this pharmacy.

I also met a lovely woman ( see business card pix) Voula and had a brief chat. I purchased some toys for gifts and even a box of Oreos. There were some nice stirring silver charms stored an on display in the back. She noted that she is getting even more of a variety of choice items in soon. As I don't use their pharmacy, I can't comment further on that area. Seems to me to be a good place to shop for upcoming holiday gifts.

Nordon's pharmacist spent at least an hour on the phone with my doctor and insurance company to get it resolved. No way you get this level of service from mail away plans or the chain pharmacies. WE NEED TO PATRONIZE OUR LOCAL BUSINESSES.

They always deliver on…read moretime, if her medication changes Emily always calls me to check in and see how she is doing on them. if i ever have any questions or concerns they are never hard to reach and always helpful and patient. i've dealt with another pharmacy in the past and they were rude over the phone because i had questions or concerns and i always felt rushed as if my concerns for my mothers new meds weren't important, and she always has the worst side affects. We stick with this one because their overall kindness and customer service, DEF recommend never had a problem
