It is handmade, rolled at the edge, baked so the rim eats more like fresh bread than a cracker. That part is still excellent. The Margherita was great with sliced tomato and basil. We personally love Pepperoni on it too! The young servers were on top of everything and making sure each table and family were well taken care of. This is a great local pizza stop, not a polished tourist room. Four stars because the crust and the old Tahoe feel carry it, and because this style will not be everyone's pizza. We were never informed about this charge, nor did we see any sign or notice stating that gratuity would be automatically included. As a result, we ended up tipping on top of the 20% charge without realizing it. When I asked to speak with a manager, I was told this was their normal policy. I've been to many bars and restaurants, including late-night establishments, and whenever an automatic gratuity is added, it's typically disclosed to customers beforehand. Just a heads-up for future customers: carefully review your bill before adding an additional tip, as gratuity may already be included. Transparency about extra charges would have made for a much better experience.
