We stayed up at the lake last week for my partner's birthday. And on our last night, we both wanted pizza. So we walked over to Lake Tahoe AleWorx and had an amazing meal. We had the Pizza Margherita and a couple of beers. Food was tasty, atmosphere is retro Tahoe ski lodge, and service was friendly.

Love the Lucky Beaver! From the amazing breakfast dishes to the Devine lunch and dinners! We had breakfast on Saturday morning then dinner on Sunday night. For breakfast we had tater tots eggs bacon and Beignets. My husband had the French toast meal and he loved it. For dinner we shared the tomahawk steak with salad and fries. I had the kinky beaver and it was super yum! The service was great and the restaurant is decorated nicely with cool pictures of the here' and now. Always a good time at the Lucky Beaver!

I was amazed on how the pizza was so good for a west coast pizza! The sauce a the toppings were delicious. The crust was nice and firm. Even with all the topping the crust held its own. I was able to fold a slice and the slice didn't sag.

Great pizza, friendly staff, chill environment! Definitely bar first restaurant second but the pizza is great. We went to another pizza place in South Lake and AleWorX was wayyyy better. Highly recommend!

What's better than pizza and beer before a hockey game? After my lackluster visit to the Reno location of AleWorX, I figured I would give the stateline location a go since it's near the hockey rink and serves up on of the teams beers, Knight Cap. This location is very cool. It gives off college party vibes. We grabbed a spot at the bar and ordered some beers and a supreme pizza. The bartender was cool and fairly attentive. The pizza came out in a reasonable time and tasted great. It was loaded with toppings and I enjoyed it a lot. The pricing isn't too bad for Stateline, so that's a plus. My only gripe and the reason it's not 5 stars is that for the area, the food here isn't special. There are lots of places to get great pizza and beer and if you aren't coming to AleWorX to party, there are better restaurant choices. I'd love to see something that sets them above the rest of the area. Perhaps on my next visit something will blow me out of the water and things will change. For now, I think this is a great stop and certainly worth the visit to support a local brewery!

Came here for a quick bite because it was right outside the hotel. I probably wouldn't recommend it or visit again. I'm used to receiving waters and silverware at the table while eating for our food. We didn't get either. I ended up asking for silverware after our food came. Pizza was good but small. I think they might have been understaffed but I'm not an expert. Loved the cheese pull on the pizza.

Usually, when we come to Tahoe, we head over to Basecamp Pizza. It's a tradition but this time we wanted to switch things up and I'm so glad we did! Even though we got a classic cheese pizza it was so fresh and light. You could definitely taste. The difference in the wings were amazing not super soggy skin and crispy like we requested. The drinks were great. We will definitely be back! I think this might have to be our new pizza spot excited to try the different pies.

We came and ordered old fashioneds and the Lola. We also ordered the tartufo pizza, light on the cheese. Drinks were on par as always and the pizza came out amazing. Service was great. Highly recommend coming here.

My half eaten pizza lol. It was really good though. Solid pizza and cool staff. It was nice because it wasn't too packed which was nice. Quick service and fun vibe

The interior is dimly lit, calm, and still very inviting--something you really have to experience in person. The drinks and mocktails are so well crafted that it's almost shocking--you take a sip, then look back at the menu like, "Wait... that's all it cost?" and then back at the bartender like, "Hold on... you made this perfectly for me?" The atmosphere itself is on the smaller side, but it fits the cozy, hidden speakeasy vibe perfectly. That being said, the pricing is a bit tough to swallow. I ordered a drink for $22 that tasted good, but overall, the drinks here are just way too expensive for what you get. They also had live music playing during our visit; it was good lounge background music that added a nice vibe to the room, but it wasn't anything spectacular or something to get overly excited about. It's a cool spot to check out for the ambiance, but the high drink prices keep it at a flat three stars for me.

Was taken care of 100% with a great wine menu and thoughtful cocktail menu. However.... the food was NOT very good. I got the seabass and my friend got the filet mignon. I could barely chock down half between the few early warm bites and then waiting for the salt to help with a couple more bites. It had zero sauce, the menu made it sound like a tomato puree/lighter sauce but was literally just half slices tomatoes next to the fish, there was also only 2 literal kalamata olives... The steak, once with salt, was good. Cooked correctly. The side of vegetables were disgusting though. Zero seasoning, butter, flavor, literally ANYTHING. Just know you're paying for the ambiance, service, and drinks. Honestly I'd say go for like a pre or post dinner cocktail, maybe bread, but do the main dinner somewhere else.

The Seafood Plateau was incredible with King Crab Legs, Jumbo Prawns, Mussels, Lobster Tail, Ahi Tuna Poke, and Salmon Poke. It was a tad spendy, but since it's shareable for 4-5, I'd say it's worth it and would definitely order again next time. We also had the Crab Cake, two sizeable patties -- a little bit more flavorful and larger than your typical Crab Cake. The Grilled Broccolini was good, but typical. Lastly, for appetizers, the Crispy Pork Belly was also a hit -- although I did not get a taste as it is smaller and not so much shareable. The pièce de résistance was the Tomahawk Steak. Cooked perfectly medium-rare and served with Chimichurri and Au Poivre sauces on the side. The steak was very flavorful without any sauce, IMO. Served with Grilled Asparagus and Lobster Mac & Cheese. Kelsey provided excellent suggestions and service throughout. The ambiance was nice -- not dressy, but not casual. Resort attire, is what they call it, I think. We will definitely be back!

They were a little too big for my liking and had a creamier texture than I prefer, but overall they were good. Clam Linguine -- 7/10 The linguine was solid. The portion was decent, and I liked the combination of clams, lemon, garlic, and Parmesan. Nothing that completely blew me away, but still a good dish. Might pass on the parmesan next time because it clunked up as it melted in the dish. House Salad The salad was actually pretty good and surprisingly large for a house salad.
