The movers arrived early before the 9am scheduled time. They were prompt and communicated with us the paperwork, procedures and got to work fast. We had a small hiccup (see picture) with the sanitation cart that needed to be towed because it broke down. Aqua Moving folks worked around that. There were three of them - One driver, and the other two were brothers. They took great care of our furnitures. They wrapped our lightbulbs and fragile items in boxes with tons of paper. They also wrapped our furnitures. When we arrived at our new place, they fixed one of our entertainment stands that was broken from a move 3 years ago. In addition, we asked for a small favor for drilling a hole in the wall for a basketball hoop. They were nice about it and did it for us. I am beyond happy! I am so glad we hired them!!

Carolina and Kenya did such an amazing job from top to bottom. Unfortunately, right after they left, the couch leg collapsed. I contacted them, and one day later, sent a person who worked very diligently to fix it. He admitted to accidentally breaking it. I said, no problem as long as it's fixed. That couch wasn't even four years old. It's a name brand. However, it broke again on May 28th. Throughout the whole process, I remained polite, professional, and most of all kind and pleasant. Maybe this was my mistake. I sent an email with several pictures, and my contact person said that all communication with us is ended since the insurance company will now handle it. She attached a claim form. But the claim form didn't have a number or the name of the insurance company. I finished the claim form and sent it to them one week later. I requested confirmation of it. Nothing. I sent another email requesting confirmation. Nothing, no reply. Two weeks later, not hearing anything from an insurance company, I sent another email requesting the insurance company's name. Nothing. No response. Even though I had told them that since I injured my back, I worked on that couch. It's how I made my living. Why have they ghosted me? I would NEVER hire them. It is now July. My couch is still broken. They are taking no responsibility whatsoever.
