They came to look at it and put it back together, but once again fell apart because the fence is held together with metal screws going into the vinyl wood look pieces. This is because the lengths of the sections are not equal to what the metal cross bar is so, instead of fixing the problem the installers attached the metal crossbars into the vinyl fencing. We have requested several times for them to fix the problem. They are now blaming it on the product manufacturer and last winter said they are waiting to hear from them to 'work with the owner' We have not heard from the fence company nor the manufacturer of the fence. It is quite obvious we are stuck with this awful fence. Please don't hire this fence company for any type of fence. They are not willing to be accountable for their mistakes. It cost us over 4k for this fence that is an embarrassment.

They finally showed to do the work on 11/5. It all looked pretty good. However, they neglected to use their backpack blowers to remove the water out of a few puddles in front of my garage. I know that these areas needed crack sealing too. When I called to let them know what was missed, I'm now being told they are shutting down operations for the season (11/7). They can't come back until the spring when they start up again. I could have easily used my own blower the day before to remove the water and dry the area, if they had mentioned that they couldn't handle a few puddles. Now these vulnerable areas will be even more damaged by the freezing and thawing during the winter. This is what I was trying to avoid to begin with. Not very happy.

An electric fence, would not work for us. A local friend helped us to contact Anchor, while we were still living out of state. We settled on an aluminum fence, to maintain as much of the view as possible. A custom design takes a very long time, especially during these difficult times. Anchor was very honest about these wait times. In the end, the job was only pushed back a month from what we originally anticipated. Anchor explained that was the result of rain delay. When the crew showed up to install it was cold, and it even snowed. They continued to work through the snow, and they were very professional. I live in Boston, but have a rental in Dover, and after searching in vain in Massachusetts for a landscaping company that will let me shovel gravel or dirt into my car to take away myself, I have come to the realization that it is worth it for me to drive to NH just for this stuff! Great example... I just got about a tenth of a yard of drainage stone, and 0.4 yards of superloam for an above ground garden. If I were to go to a box store or nursery, and get this in bags, it would cost more than $50. All the landscape companies I contacted in MA either required at least a purchase of 4 yards for delivery, or would only sell as little as half a yard, ONLY if you have a truck into which they can dump it. And even if they did let me buy it, the prices would have come to $40. I got the job done through Sherwood for $10, and with some of the friendliest folks I have had the pleasure of working with. I have gone to them several times, and am always impressed and happy that I got to work with them. My only complaint is that they don't have more varieties of rocks/pebbles. But all in all...this is a winner.
