The other was more troublesome. I texted Troy twice and also left him a voicemail using the same phone number he was using when he did my work and is still on his website. He hasn't returned my messages. I waited quite awhile thinking that perhaps he was sick, on vacation or otherwise unable to retrieve or return my messages. The courtesy of a reply of "Sorry but I'm too busy to help you" or something to let me know that I should find another audio specialist would have been appreciated. Eventually I did contact another audio specialist who messaged me some information which allowed me to make the repair myself. I booked an appointment with Troy to add a harness to activate the four speakers in my Tesla 3. Only two speakers were activate when he finished the job. At the time of the install I did realize the other two speakers were not working. Two months later there was a high pitch sound coming out of the speaker on the drivers side. I have a tail camera in the vertical (rudder) of a light sport seaplane which transmits data to a WI FI connector and the moving image is shown by an i pad mini 4 in the cockpit. I use the system to monitor engine function as a preemptive measure to insure safe engine operation because the engine is in "pusher configuration". I had 3 others attempt to help: 1 ) the SeaMax IT guy Wesley Q , 2 a very well versed Dr/friend of mine who knows tech n aircraft and 3 ) an on field FBO at my airport in Petaluma, Ca who sells gyro copters who sent their young mil lineal employee Aaron whose boss Mark claimed he spent 4 hours on it-go figure!!! Aaron told me my WiFi Lightening was not working so $160.00 later for a new replacement and still no joy I was becoming exasperated and frustrated. All were perplexed and couldn't diagnose or solve the enigma problem. Along comes Troy from the above business and after resetting my Wi Fi n system in my i pad mini 4 had the camera up and running in 12 minutes-I asked the 3 before if the problem was an Apple interface problem n none of then knew the answer or wished to endeavor n this n help me! I told him the one I wanted to have installed. He told me he knew exactly what I wanted and was very familiar with the product. He had recently installed 100 of them for FEDEX. He gave me a fair price and we set up an appointment. I live 2 hours away, so I arranged to meet him at his place of business. The day came and he performed the install perfectly.
