I brought my new, just finished Sprinter conversion to his shop to ask a question. No appointment, built out at another shop in Oregon where I live now. He took the time to look at my build out, solve my solar issue. Great attitude, excellent service. I have seen their builds, very nice. Ben said he's done 180 van conversions now! I purchased used RV and on which Enriched Mobile Electronics installed a lithium battery system, and the more I learned about the dodgy work they'd done, the more I just wanted it all ripped out of there, which I finally just did when the cheap battery they installed shorted out internally. Still not sure the root cause of the fire inside the battery, but given the quality of the rest of the install, I can only imagine. First of all, the frame they built using 80/20 aluminum had loosened up at every joint because they failed to use Loctite on the screws. Those joints that I hadn't been able to reach to tighten had cracked. The 2" and 1" holes they had drilled through the floor had no foam to stop air leaks. They doubled up the lugs on top of the battery instead of using a bus bar, which would not be recommended by a real electrician. They used a bunch of random bolts of different lengths, bolting everything through the floor to the chassis, meaning to remove anything required two people, one under the vehicle. I could go on but it not worth it. Unbelievable they charged $6K in cash for this job. Previous owner told me there was no receipt, so I'm guessing they didn't pay taxes on the income either. read more

Took the time to hook up and bring my tear drop to him to get an estimate for a few customizations after the first trip there to see if he can do the things I needed. We made an appointment Fromme to bring it in... From day one I knew I was in the wrong place. He was struggling to find a scrap paper to get my info... which he clearly lost.. so, he got my info again.. (when I shows up for the appointment he had no idea who I was!, zero system or process in the front end of his business clearly) Two to 3 weeks go by... nothing.. so, when I was in the neighborhood I stopped by. Caught him coming to work with some greasy fast food... barely realizing who I was.. once he remembered, he said he had Covid related staff shortage and that I would have my estimate in a week. Would NOT recommend them. Horrible service once you have purchased. I have a problem with my BlackVue and they did nothing to diagnose the problem. You have to wait weeks to get them to help you. Often won't even answer the phone. read more

I'm disappointed on the customer service. I paid top dollar to have a clean sound and they failed to disconnect the noice canceling unit so my system sounded terrible. When I went back to have it looked at as there was an obvious problem, owner told me to make an appointment. Today another shop fixed the problem free of charge, and my stereo sounds exactly as I hoped it would. read more

I scheduled a appointment 2 weeks in advance for 9am for a back up camera install and a speaker system. I showed up and talked to mark and was quoted one and a half hours to two hours for the back up camera and 3 hours for the speakers and was told it'd be around $600-$700 dollars for all of it. Later that same day I called at 12:35pm to check and make sure they had my number because it was 4 hours since I dropped off my car and I was told they hadn't even looked at it yet and that they'd call me when it was done. So I waited the rest of the day patiently waiting for a phone call. Till I realized they closed at 4:30pm and I hadn't gotten a call I got worried and rushed over in an Uber. Just to be told as mark was locking the door that my car was in the garage and they were keeping it overnight. Without any call notifying me they were doing so. I thought it was going to be a one day job and not be dragged out this much. Mark told me he'd call me first thing in the morning. The next day I had to be the one to call first at 10:45am and he said he'd call me back at 12 which he actually did and talked to me about a cable that didn't work and that they'd need to use one of theirs, but that they could only do the back up camera because they were busy and had a lot of deadlines. I asked how much longer it was gonna take and he said he'd call me with a 30 minute heads up to pick it up and i waited till around 2pm. I needed my car for work so I called again and asked how long and he said 30 minutes to 45. So I said I was on my way. When I got there mark walked me Into the shop and I saw my car and the tech working on the car said it'd be another 30 minutes. So I waited in the office. Who I assumed was Ben, the shop owner had me fill out my information so he could write up a quote for payment while I waited. When Ben finished writing it up I saw that the total for JUST a back up camera install was $833 dollars. It was apparently 6 hours of labor, 2 $22 dollar cables, and 1.98% tax I believe. For a job that mark quoted as a 1:30-2 hour job for just the back up camera install. Not to mention they kept my car over 24 hours even though I had made a appointment 2 weeks in advance. If you don't have a van conversion don't come here. The customer service is horrendous and it's easier to spend a whole day researching how to do it yourself than give it to these guys. I thought it would be a convince and save me time but not only did it cost me a fortune on Ubers because they kept my car for over 24 hours but I had to pay $833 for a camera and some wiring. I had a buzzing issue coming from my speakers on my 2009 JCW mini. Ben was able to get in there and take care of it for me ( it was driving me insane ) . He also wired my car for a sub and amp, sadly my amp blew so will be waiting until i have enough to buy a new amp. Does very clean work.
