Aaron immediately had a solution, he recommended using a Blendmount, which attaches to the rearview mirror and keeps everything tucked up and out of sight. While we were talking, he also suggested checking out the BlackVue front and rear camera setup. I took his advice, and I'm glad I did. Aaron really knows his stuff and walked me through the options without any pressure. When I picked up my car, I was honestly excited. I had a battery issue once I left the store that left me stranded on the side of the road. Chris went out and bought batteries for my truck and drove to my location after hours in the dark to help get me up and running. Stayed with me until the tow truck arrived. Solid customer service beyond what you get these days. Joe rewired the things I wanted cleaned up under the hood and made a custom bracket for my new additions. Super clean and efficient now. I know it is a difficult job, because my usual, knowledgeable mechanic refused to attempt it. I understand it's not the hardwiring itself, it is carefully and skillfully threading the wires from the front camera through the side of the car without setting off the curtain air bags along the way. Ernesto accomplished this, and a job that could easily have taken four hours was finished much sooner than I expected. Not only that, but Ernesto is a highly likeable guy and treats his customers well. I was very, very impressed with him and his small business, and wish him continued success.

Ernesto is the owner and main technician and his assistant Fernando helps out with the jobs, communications and billing portion. They take cash or card via Square w/ a 4% card fee. Within 90 minutes these guys were able to do the following; remove the blown fuse, remove the burnt cable, install a new fuse, install a new cable (w/ some PVC corrugated covering), cable manage, improve my cable pathing, improve my electric ground for the circuit, and EQ or "tune" my setup and have it back better than ever. Brought in a small 8 inch powered sub to be installed and was told it was dead right out of the box…read moreso I bought another one and brought that in to be installed, they then told me that the second sub was also dead on arrival. Eventually it became evident that they had not wired the first or replacement sub properly although the install guy was only willing to accept half the blame, putting the rest of the blame on the design of the sub. Eventually they fixed it but not before I had to return a 3RD TIME because they had not mounted the sub into the car properly. When I got home, I noticed that the sub sounded very weak, putting out almost no power at all. Also, my door panel of my driver side door was left hanging off anf will need to be fixed. Im going to have to take this to another car stereo place to have them check the work of the install guys at Cartunes. I do not recommend this place, but the ladies who work at the front desk are very nice and attentive. I was also charged for bass knob install that was never even installed. Pretty much could not have gone worse.
