Aaron immediately had a solution, he recommended using a Blendmount, which attaches to the rearview mirror and keeps everything tucked up and out of sight. While we were talking, he also suggested checking out the BlackVue front and rear camera setup. I took his advice, and I'm glad I did. I understand it's not the hardwiring itself, it is carefully and skillfully threading the wires from the front camera through the side of the car without setting off the curtain air bags along the way. Ernesto accomplished this, and a job that could easily have taken four hours was finished much sooner than I expected. Not only that, but Ernesto is a highly likeable guy and treats his customers well. I was very, very impressed with him and his small business, and wish him continued success.

Ernesto is the owner and main technician and his assistant Fernando helps out with the jobs, communications and billing portion. They take cash or card via Square w/ a 4% card fee. Within 90 minutes these guys were able to do the following; remove the blown fuse, remove the burnt cable, install a new fuse, install a new cable (w/ some PVC corrugated covering), cable manage, improve my cable pathing, improve my electric ground for the circuit, and EQ or "tune" my setup and have it back better than ever. I purchased used RV and on which Enriched Mobile Electronics installed a lithium battery system,…read moreand the more I learned about the dodgy work they'd done, the more I just wanted it all ripped out of there, which I finally just did when the cheap battery they installed shorted out internally. Still not sure the root cause of the fire inside the battery, but given the quality of the rest of the install, I can only imagine. First of all, the frame they built using 80/20 aluminum had loosened up at every joint because they failed to use Loctite on the screws. Those joints that I hadn't been able to reach to tighten had cracked. The 2" and 1" holes they had drilled through the floor had no foam to stop air leaks. They doubled up the lugs on top of the battery instead of using a bus bar, which would not be recommended by a real electrician. They used a bunch of random bolts of different lengths, bolting everything through the floor to the chassis, meaning to remove anything required two people, one under the vehicle. I could go on but it not worth it. Unbelievable they charged $6K in cash for this job. Previous owner told me there was no receipt, so I'm guessing they didn't pay taxes on the income either.

I left a well deserved stellar review for him on Yelp. Recently I had 2 issues with my Bluetooth system. One was my own fault which I was able to diagnose and fix myself. The other was more troublesome. I texted Troy twice and also left him a voicemail using the same phone number he was using when he did my work and is still on his website. He hasn't returned my messages. I waited quite awhile thinking that perhaps he was sick, on vacation or otherwise unable to retrieve or return my messages. The courtesy of a reply of "Sorry but I'm too busy to help you" or something to let me know that I should find another audio specialist would have been appreciated. Eventually I did contact another audio specialist who messaged me some information which allowed me to make the repair myself. My disappointment is due to a lack of courtesy to a good customer.
