I didn't like that I had to move the medium sized bathroom garbage can to shut the door as they were using it as a stopper. But the bathroom is gender neutral and very clean. Quiet and clearly friendly environment. Street metered parking but not expensive. I worked return here because of the seating and historic window vibe. The one in downtown oak Park is kinda tucked away but the outside tables in nice weather is a vibe.

The spices melded together perfectly to create a rich, hearty flavour. It reminded me of dal makhani (Indian cuisine) more than Middle Eastern style lentil soup. Service was quick. I understand they may have run out since it was late (around 8:45pm), but it's disappointing that no one informed us. They could've at least explained it to the person picking up the order instead of saying nothing. I ended up paying full price for an incomplete product. -also, at least at the NorthRiver Side location, the sugar level option doesn't seem to be respected. Whether you ask for 25% or 50%, the drinks always taste like 100%. If that can't be controlled, it shouldn't be listed as an option. -as a frequent customer, I used to earn points and redeem them for a free boba, a couples weeks ago I was told that option was no longer available. I really like the drinks here, but overall there needs to be better communication and more transparency with customers.
