    Parking for 133 Burger Restaurant

Stopped here on way into Paonia. What a find! One of the best burgers and food I've found in awhile in a remote little place. The hamburger was so FRESH! The buns were the softest, freshest hamburger buns ever! The pickles lettuce and tomatoes were very fresh! Ordered onion rings and fries. 5 stars on both. Very friendly staff. Then, had to buy a chocolate malt for the road! Oh my! It was so very chocolatey! Thick creamy and delicious! Will be back!

    Now that's a chili burger!!!

This is one of those restaurants that's so unassuming!! Yet, the beef IS fresh, I personally say my burger made from a large fresh batch of ground beef! I had the chili burger and it was huge and de-lic-ious!! I upgraded to the curly fries and they are very good but no special shaker seasoning. I got to meet the owner, (FYI, A WOMAN OWN BUSINESS!) Melissa and she was genuinely concerned with experience, input and thoughts on the food. One thing that I would note, if your new to fresh hamburgers, it appears they use lean meat, so it's much better for you and less fat... that does translate to a lot healthier and looks "drier" but kicks the heck out of anything forming out of the back of a restaurant deliver truck with frozen meat. They also serve ice cream and shakes. I didn't try because I was so full but it looked like a desert I won't pass up in the future!! Come give it try and leave your input... I think you'll be extremely happy!!

A little burger spot in the side of the road. They've got malts, shakes, different types of burgers, chicken, and more. The service is so-so, it takes a little time to order especially at high noon. But they're quick to get you your food, and they're polite. I thought the burgers were great, but my company thought different.

They have gluten free buns for their burgers and they are ok. The decor is galvanized metal, kinda stark, but the food is good so I overlook it. The beef is fresh and local. They have ice cream too. Just started offering breakfast. Convenient to the Hotchkiss Inn.

I really had no idea how many people would be attending, due to it being an open invitation given at the funeral, or an exact time, due to not knowing exact length of service. I contacted Zack's BBQ and spoke to the new owner, Scott. From my first conversation, Scott took the planning into his hands presenting me several options for consideration. The planning by Scott was exceptional. He put together an incremental plan so as when a certain volume of guest would arrive they would provide another block of meals. This provided the ability to provide outstanding meals while keeping the cost at the most economically beneficial level to both myself and the business. The service of the food was at the same level as in any fine restaurant even though we were out in the pavilion. The food was brought out incrementally so it was always fresh and at the correct temperature. With the weather forecast working in our favor, we opted to have the get together in his pavilion area. The setting was absolutely perfect for the get together. There were some tables in the shade on the pavilion and some out in the sun. The pavilion is situated right at the edge of a large nicely mowed grass area which butts up against the North Fork of the Gunnison River. The setting was absolutely beautiful! The food was served buffet style and was excellent. We had ribs, brisket, pulled pork sandwiches, cowboy beans, potato salad and drinks. It was absolutely AMAZING! All the guests loved the food and made so many comments to both the owner and I about it. If you are planning to have food catered anywhere within Zack's service area, or looking for somewhere to have a get together, I couldn't give any business a higher recommendation. This business made my planning during a difficult time very easy and everything about the event was perfect. We felt the service, food quality and pricing were truly beyond our expectations! 5

It was very distracting and why I can't give 5 stars. Service was great - our server was attentive and all employees shared in clearing plates which I always like to see. Nothing really stood out to me as far as decor goes - if there was anything cool it was overshadowed by the tvs. For drinks, my husband had an old fashioned which was good but not out of the park. I had their mocktail of the moment which was a yuzu Moscow mule. It was delicious and I'd highly recommend. On the food front, Hideout did a grand job. We started with their special loaded kimchi waffle fries. Epic! I love kimchi and everything about this dish was perfect. For entrees, my husband had their Thai Me Up Burger with shoestring fries and was very pleased with it. Cooked as requested and fun flavors. I had their Fried Chicken Sandwich with kimchi pasta salad and while I only ate half due to being filled from waffle fries, it was very tasty. On the whole, I enjoyed the food and drink at The Hideout, but not sure I would return for the atmosphere or recommend for large groups who want to hang out sans distractions. Zero Proof Review: I'm on a quest to check out all the zero proof, mocktail and n/a beverages that Denver and beyond has to offer. The Hideout did not have a very robust selection so I would love to see them expand that, but their seasonal mocktail was one of the best I've had, so kudos for creativity and craft!

Yes, while you need to order at the counter or via a QR code, the staff was so attentive, professional and the food comes out fairly quickly! We started out with the Gaucamole-Molcajete which consisted of R-house chips, fresh avocados, garlic, lime & cilantro in a big 'ol stone Molcajete. Yep, you gotta smash it up yourself! Let's breakdown this visit and you can decide if you want to drop by. *Ambience* 0/5 This place is loud and they really need to do something about the acoustics. If you or your child gets over stimulated easily with loud places with an echo that amplifies the sound? Avoid this spot! *Service* 1/5 This was super confusing and they need to figure out what their workflow is. Do you order on the app? Do you order at the bar? We had different servers tell us different things and we eventually just ordered ok our phones and still went up tot he bar a couple of times. I don't mind ordering on my phone. In fact, I would prefer this if it was an option. The sheer disorganization with ordering compounded by the extremely loud environment made this even worse. People were nice when we spoke to them so this is more so a knock on the work flow. *Food* If you want a higher quality cut of steak, get the salad. My salad was not bad and it is likely the best thing on the menu. The steak with fries was NOT good. The meet was grisly and very chewy. We ended up sharing my salad. *Drinks* Overpriced but was necessary considering all of the above.
