The burger meat was juicy and flavorful; melt in your mouth. The bacon had the perfect snap to it, and the egg.... The egg was fried with intention; crispy edges and shiny yolk, teasing a slight ooze. I forgot, the bottom has a layer of shoestring fries covered in that bomb aioli... that was special. Setting atop all that goodness is a layer of avocado fries. Literally one of the best things I've eaten. Ever. I've travelled to 38 countries on five continents.
