Stopped here on the way to Crawford. Super cute little bar and grill in a small town. Service was good. I got the BLT and really enjoyed it. They didn't skip on the ingredients and the bacon was cooked perfectly. My boyfriend got a burger and the garlic fries and he really enjoyed that. I would stop here again next time I come though.

I was looking for somewhere to stop for lunch and came across this place. The exterior was much like most of the buildings along the street. The interior of the restaurant portion was pleasant, there was a bar portion in the back but I didn't venture back there. There was only 1 waitress working and at the peak there were 10 tables to cover and while she was doing her best the service was slow. I ordered the Navajo Taco, chicken, cheese, lettuce and refried beans on a flat hard shell. It was good although I think it would be real good on some fry bread. I enjoyed my meal and the service could be improved by giving Mary some lunchtime help with the tables.

Super disappointed. This was our second choice for dining as the other spots were closed (on a Saturday!). My relatives said that it would be slow, but I was no where prepared for this level of slowness. We had a table of 7 and the food came out at different times, not too mention the one hamburger ordered didn't even arrive until 20 minutes after everyone was finished eating. I felt bad for the one server on staff for the whole place! The dishwasher was out delivering food and trying to help as much as she could. Additionally, the cleanliness of the restaurant was atrocious! Flies everywhere both alive and dead on floor and sticky tape window. Last but not least there was a black curly hair found in one of the sandwiches, at which point we had already been there for going on two hours! I will ever eat here again when I come to town.

I was torn between a 3 and a 4 star. Food was great, service was great, and the decor is actually kinda nice with purple party lights around the natural wood poles. My hamburger was handmade, not a pre made patty and tasted great. Even the bun was not an ordinary store bun. We will go back again. Have to try the key lime pie. They were out.

Definitely a five star experience *chefs kiss*…read more They do service by name here so you know that it is personable and that you're not getting someone else's order. The workers are very friendly and work to make your experience the best. The establishment itself is fairly small and can feel a bit crowed but they do what they can with the space that they have. The Elk Tartare was a new dish for me and I don't have any complaints about it, very well made. But the Cured Duck Breast is what I came for, and it did not disappoint. Cooked perfectly and complimented well with the green pico. If you have a chance to try Bin 707, I recommend you do it! Very well worth.

We both enjoyed a bottle of wine from a local Colorado outfit, a nice Pinot noir, and my wife had a burger, which is what the place is known for. We sat at the bar and the bartender was very attentive and friendly. The burger was pretty good as expected. I'm a big fan of duck so that's what I went with and going down it tasted pretty good but later than night it was clear I developed food poisoning and was up most of the night regretting my decisions. My wife and I shared the same meals and drinks throughout the day with the exception of dinner so it was evident the duck was the culprit. Unfortunate, but I'd recommend sticking with the burgers if you go.

They specialize in live fire cooking and we were lucky enough to get a booth right across from the action as you will see in the pics. They use a mix of red and white oak to control the heat along with a series of movable grill plates. We started with a delicious Strawberry Salad that also had watermelon radish and delicate greens lightly tossed in a vinaigrette. Coming from Arizona, I had to try the Pozole and thrilled I did. The rich red broth gave light to the chili heart of this very complex liquid. The pozole had great texture and the shredded pork was tender and outstanding. An excellent example of this favorite dish. The most amazing entree was the main course. It was a shareable Half Elk Rack. While I like medium rare, when it was brought to the table, I thought it might be too rare. As soon as I tasted it, I realized it was perfection. It was so tender and the chew was great, especially on the end pieces that had an incredible bark on the outside. Elk is an extremely lean dish so to add some unctuous notes, they take Fois Gras, and as the fat renders, add huckleberries before putting it in a blender to create a heavenly base. We couldn't resist dragging every bite across the serving plate to savor the magic. As a side dish, we ordered the squash which was also perfectly roasted over the live fire and complimented the dish.

I liked how it actually had N/A liquor in it. My husband got the SECRET GARDEN - loved the lavender earl gray. For a starter, we split the BAHN MI QUAIL - super inventive, never had quail before. Kind of hard to eat around the small bones but loved the stuffed flavors! For dinner, we shared two dishes: ELK SAUSAGE & PEPPERS PASTA and PORK CHOP. The pasta was very so-so, nothing that blew me away. However, the pork chop was super tasty - loved the sauce. For dessert, we shared limoncello sorbet - perfect amount of refreshing and loved the fun strawberry powder! Our server was super nice and attentive. Really nice experience overall!
