I got the Old Fashioned flight and was blown away at how good they were. Not as sweet as normal old fashioned which I like and even the one that they told me would be most prominent was still really good and not too sweet. I got a bottle of their Leatherneck Rye Whiskey out was so good. It was also their last bottle. I definitely recommend this place if you want to go out and have a nice relaxing drink. My wife and I come to Colorado Springs every summer and this is one of our "must go to" spots! Their spirits, especially their cask strength bourbon, is top notch as well as their cocktail selections. WOW! We don't particularly drink alcohol, but we really enjoyed our flight which included some infusions. My favorite was the chocolate infusion. I was happy to see Rocco's as the food truck outside. They used to be right near my house, then they moved, then they closed ... and now they're a food truck! Ask about why they're "The Haunted Distillery" and Pearl! So impressed by this place! Hubby had an amazingly smooth bourbon, and I had a dirty martini. The vodka had a bit of carmelization to it, which was attributed to the vodka being made from local beets. We really enjoyed getting to know ne of the owners, Abby, and our bartender Jacob. Both were very knowledgeable and fun. They even convinced us Gin-haters to try theirs, which I admit, I would try again,particularly in one of their amazing mixed drinks. Came as part of a Halloween Bus Bar Crawl. This place was not even officially opened at that time, but I guess they used the crawl as a soft opening. Decor and space is very charming. I especially liked the sofa area by the glass garage doors as it's reminiscent of a home environment. They have a shuffle board, which I think is pretty awesome as well.
