I really enjoyed bloom ultra!! Genuinely the only issue I have with the place is the lack of free parking nearby, it's all paid street parking or you have to park 15ish mins away in the residential area to avoid paying. That said - the vibe is really nice! Music was a little louder than anticipated but I really enjoyed it nonetheless. The bartender was super helpful with drink recs and general CO springs recs! I had the Violet Lady cocktail because the bartender said it would probably be the most floral - and it WAS very floral, just how I like my cocktails! I sat at the bar which was actually very spacious, and they had lots of other booths and some tables. Bathrooms also very clean. Took the girlfriend on a date here. It was slow so we had most of the place it ourselves and it was awesome. The bartender was very knowledgeable and made us some very good drinks. My friend and I decided to get some impromptu cocktails and landed on this spot. It's absolutely adorable in here, and the drinks are so delicious. They are a bit pricey but so so tasty so it was worth it. My friend got the charcuterie board as well and said it was tasty. The friendly bartender was so attentive and so incredibly friendly. We were able to get a table so easily, but that's probably because we got there so early (6pm) and left by 8. What can I say, I like to be in bed early lol. This was the only place open at 1030 on a 4th of July Tuesday so we tried it out. The booths were clean and comfortable. The place was busier than it looks in the photos. Ordered a charcuterie board that was pretty delicious and they had pretty interesting cocktail selections, as well as, standard drinks. Had a lot of fun (both our party and strangers). There was karaoke and I have to be honest, singing was terrible but we were all having a great time lol. Would definitely check it out again on a normal weekend etc. read more

The drinks were good and the decor is very cute. But we had terrible service last night, May 14th. We came in at 5:00 and the bartender was talking to a vendor at the bar. We literally sat there in direct line of sight 10 feet away for 15 minutes with no acknowledgement. I finally asked her if they were open. She snapped back "we are, but I'm talking to him about buying liquor." She begrudgingly came over and took our order, then said our drinks down with a surly look and sloshed them all over the table. I know every one has bad days, and I have literally never given a bad review to a service worker in my life, but this was really just beyond to me when someone is serving you in an "upscale lounge." Wow, just wow, was our first impression when we walked downstairs entering through a cascade of flowers and blue and purple mood lighting with techno music. To the left is a large set of decorated feathered wings and a floral and vine swing-perfect for pictures. There are cozy booths with dark floral wall paper for intimate conversations, but we chose the honey comb bar top...it invites you to take a seat amongst the lit candles and view of the unique menue listing any drink combination possible. The "Bee Sting" was a tingly drink experience we will never forget as the little bite of the daisy flower bud numbs your tongue and lips and changes the taste of the pink drink, and water! We met Susan, the owner, we could tell immediately she was very passionate about this special place and very welcoming to those who entered.
