We did a flight of bourbons and as a bourbon drinker, I was impressed. Very impressed with their Toasted Bourbon and their Cigar bourbon. Excellent taste and finish on both. The bourbon 80 proof would be an excellent way to get somebody into bourbon. Come in and meet Paul and his wife, OSA, the owners and the distillery's manager, Destiny as well. Fine spirits to enjoy. Love their unique bottle designs. Get a cocktail and sit up on the roof to enjoy the Mountain View's. I keep finding more stuff here. Check out the 2nd floor... a lounge.. cozy... the 3rd floor has a game room and a party room with a view of the mountains along with an outside deck. This place is a hidden gem! It's a little of the beaten path but worth coming to for any event. The space is absolutely HUGE! It's 3 stories with something different on each level. You could easily come for a few drinks with friends or host a large party with 40-50 people (maybe more!). I can hear for a farewell gathering for a co-worker and I was on the top floor. The floor we were on was great. They had pool tables, ping pong tables, dart boards, chess, and fill food and drink menu. This place was really awesome. Staff was very accommodating as we had a family birthday dinner at their facility. We used the BBQ Food truck for our meal and had a nice area to eat and open gifts. It was fun to use the Game Room for the whole family. read more

Three levels of drinking at Private Label. We sat on the third level. That's where most people were and it was noisy. There is an option to sit outside - certainly less noisy but without a cloud cover there is no shade protection. The view is a wonderful one of the whole front range. Second level is very quiet. No one was there but there are comfortable looking couches and other areas to sit in. The couches are positioned in front of a large screen. First level is the bar. A few people were there so the noise level was good. There is sitting around the bar and one or two tables. It's the coolest spot temperature wise on a hot day. The Old Fashioned is good but nothing special. The cucumber Rickey is a refreshing choice for a hot day. Happy hour prices are reasonable and staff is friendly. read more

I enjoy coming to this new distillery. There are 3 levels. The first is their main bar area, 2nd floor is a dark sports room with about 6 TV's (big ones) and theater seating. The 3rd floor has games and the outside balcony seating. There are stairs and an elevator to get around but there is also a server or two making the rounds no matter where you are to take drink orders. The space itself is centered around a huge inside space with many barrels of whiskey, vodka, rum, etc. They make their own rum, vodka, several whiskeys, and agave spirits. So you can taste straight or have cocktails as well. The last couple of times we have been, there has been a good truck outside which hits the spot while consuming strong alcohol. I definitely recommend for the selection, quality, and friendliness of the staff. read more

What a beautiful hidden gym!! Colorado Springs is my home away from home. I enjoyed this place so much the drinks are amazing and I love a good HH so this place was right up my alley. The place smells so good of Whiskey as it should after all that's what they specialize in!! They have a full bar downstairs where they serve any drink you can think of as well as many delicious signature drinks. They have a room you can rent to throw private parties and a game room on the third floor. If you are ever in the Springs this is definitely a place where you will have a wonderful time. read more

Hit and miss depending on who is making your drink. Sat at the bar and had a drink while we waited for a private party on the second level. Good service at the bar, she looked overwhelmed and stressed by all the tickets and no help. When we went upstairs it took forever to get served, they are definitely short staffed. Later they added another bartender but drinks were smaller and not as good. Really cool ambiance for the most part, games to play and a great view of the peak. Very loud on top level, cool on middle level and bar on main level, was suprising that kids were running up and down the stairs. Felt a little claustrophobic. Average drinks and service. bartenders are rude and service is horrible. Do not reserve this establishment for any type of celebration! The reservation fee does not pay for anything additional to your party. Myself and guests had to set up karaoke room, set up a speaker for music, no bartender on 2nd floor where reservation was made. Every single one of our guests commented on the rudeness of bartender while the manager witnessed all and did nothing. When communicating the multiple issues and complaints with Paul, the owner, he proceeded to lecture me on the negative effects of alcohol while ignoring his staff's lack of knowledge, attention and understanding of the service industry. I wish that I hadn't reserved PLD for my 20th anniversary celebration, it ruined the entire day for myself and my guests who had come in from all over the country for this special day. I am not a bourbon or whiskey drinker, but this place knows how to make one a believer! I have dreams of their whiskey sour, it is delicious and well crafted! The staff is super friendly and the bartender knows how to make the best cocktails! My friends love the berry mojitos and atmosphere is fun! First floor- bar, second floor, chillax zone with leather couches, third floor is games and balconies. And then you can look into the cask room and it's amazing! A great place for get-togethers with friends, co-works and family. Lowest level is the bar for a quiet meetup and conversation. The second level boasts comfy chairs and massive TVs. The top level is where the action is with pool tables, ping pong, foosball, and other games. Then another section has dartboards and jenga with fire pits. We enjoyed the drinks and tried a few different selections. I plan to come back and bring my co-workers for a happy hour. read more

Tucked behind homes on Platte and Marksheffel, this place can't stay hidden forever! They have it all: private whiskey, games, tv, and a view. They offer tastings as well as private tours of their distillery to show you how it's done on their first floor, on their second floor is a giant sports screen accompanied by a million smaller ones, and on the third level is a grown ups playground-- games everywhere! I'm talking ping pong, basketball, air hockey, cornholl, darts, etc. And then best of all their view from their balcony is amazing. Girls, they even have purse holders at the tables... This place has only been open three months and already they have mastered the art of a great atmosphere. And yes, their whiskey is amazing, too!
