Believe me...you have to pack your patience with me as a scary pants. Tattoo with Ally - I had already emailed an image of what I wanted to Charity. I thought that was it. Wrong! I was introduced to my artist, Ally, who had sketched some super dope art for me! I was really pleased! During the tattoo she talked me through it (it's on the back of my leg so I couldn't see the process) and made sure I was ok. The tat came out perfect!!!!! I went in in early March with my friend to get a helix piercing. My friend had trouble finding her…read moreID, eventually having to go outside and look for it in her car/call her mom to find it, which she never did. While this was happening the staff member I was sitting with was very impatient and unprofessional, at one point also asking me "Where's her f*cking ID?" I left the building with a little spike helix piercing, thinking it looked good. However, within the week, the spike had COME OFF. it's not a twist-off (even if it was, I never would've been able to find it) it actually just like... popped off. After that, I didn't want to accept that I had flushed $70 down the toilet, so I flipped it around and would press it in every hour or so because, even still, without the spike, it would sink into my ear and close the hole. This was a very painful addition to my piercing journey. And this morning, when I woke up, the whole thing was gone and the hole was closed. I'm very, very, unhappy about my piercing, and if I could go back in time, I would've gone somewhere else.

If you come here at night, you might think you're walking into a punk/metal club. The decor in each booth shows off the personality of the artists. But, don't freak at the skulls and horror movie statues: these are some of the coolest people you'll ever meet. Assuming you're here for a tattoo, your first stop will be looking at the books by artists here so you can see what kind of work they do. Some of the artwork is so beautiful and elaborate that you could make a print and hang it in a museum. The guy who did my work was Matt Black. We exchanged texts with my sketch of the design I wanted, and his ideas for how it would work. After seeing his work in the book, I shouldn't have been surprised, but the artwork he did was beautiful. I couldn't have imagined that my crude sketch would turn into something so impressive. I just got back from Las Vegas, where a tattoo parlor wanted to charge $250 for an hour of work; this was a place rated as a $$ price, which is crazy. The people out there are no better than the people here. Matt did my tattoo in about 2 hours, and it cost $250. Don't feel like you have to spend a fortune on a tattoo, and definitely don't go to a cheap place to save a few bucks. Eternal Tatoos will give you art that will stand the test of time.

Any Piercing this place does is unsanitary. They do not have a sterilization machine whatsoever…read more They use a gun, which is the worst way to be pierced. Even on plain earlobes it's terrible. They can't sterilize the gun. The jewelry isn't sterile. They should not be allowed to pierce, but they have so much money that the health department for some reason can't shut them down. They should be shut down and not be allowed to pierce. They are overpriced for their junk jewelry and you'd be better off. Going to take your child or yourself to a tattoo shop and get a piercing with a needle. At least you know everything is sterile and sanitary. It might be scary for some people to take their children to a tattoo shop, but I guarantee you'll have better luck healing and you won't be exposed to hepatitis C and other blood-borne illnesses from the inability to sterilize equipment. The only thing that will sterilize jewelry or equipment is an autoclave sterilization unit like you see at the dentist, hospital, or Tattoo/Piercing studio.
