I have been coming to B'z Ink on and off since i was old enough to be tattooed and pierced! Garrett the owner is fantastic, i came here recently again after about 4-5 years to get my septum re-done. He is very knowledgeable and pierced it beautifully. They also have a better selection of jewelry than most places. Steve did a couple of mine and my friends tattoos back in 2015/16 that have healed nicely too. I've trashed many wedding rings so I quit wearing them due to my blue collar profession. Decided to honor my contract with my bride and have a solid black band tatted around my finger. Seemed simple right?. Well...... you be the judge. Was hard to see the final result at first due to the ink runoff and the bandage. But now a month later- Bare spots/ crooked lines and poor fill. And yes I over wore the bandages and recommended care for two weeks psst their suggestion. I get it. Fingers can be hard, but it looks like shit. And now I either have to spend more money and get it fixed by somebody else or look at this for the next 10 years until it wears out. Utterly disappointed. $100 min chair. Cost me 120$. I'm not gonna throw punches at the artist because I was walk in. But being my first tat, figured it was a no brainer, but I could not recommend this place for a tattoo. Lesson learned- next time I'll use a sharpie. read more

They are incredibly communicative, are able to fit you in quickly, very sanitary, make you comfortable, and are kind and knowledgeable. After reading reviews from here, Google and from friends, I made an appointment to get my ears double pierced. All of the reviews stated that Garret was great, knowledgeable and meticulous with his work. You have to call to make an appointment which is not a big deal. There were many different times available when I called for the next day. Garret is great. He explained exactly what type of earnings he recommended and why. He verified that they had all of the colors that I was interested in, in the back. When I made my selection, he explained the whole process to me before he even started. He was so meticulous in making sure that my 2 piercings were going to be level and symmetrical. Every step of the piercing process, he made sure that I was okay with. I literally LOVE B'zink. This is the only place I come for tattoos and piercings. A couple of years ago, I got my cartilage done by Garrett. He is so awesome. I couldn't recommend him more. It healed perfectly and he was friendly when I was in the shop. I got another cartilage piercing at a different shop and it was infected. Garrett looked at it and fixed me up free of charge! Garrett (the owner) did my nose piercing, and let me tell you. It was amazing. I was soooo nervous (I have a million tattoos but just couldn't get down with the piercing through the skin) and he made it so comfortable, gave me options for placement (I want to wear a hoop eventually) and had some great choices for a started ring (which is titanium and comes with a lifetime warranty). Came in this shop a few years ago to get my ears pierced. Garrett did such an awesome job and made me feel comfortable. Fast forward to today, I needed my jewelry put back in as I found it difficult fitting my pieces in on my own after a medical need for removal. He stayed late and fit me in right after close which was great considering I drove 30 minutes just because of my initial experience. I came here after reading the numerous positive reviews on Yelp and I'm so happy I did! I need to get my tragus earring changed out. I walked in without an appointment and was told I could be seen within 30 minutes which was perfect. The staff was so friendly and knowledgeable. I wish I would have gotten my piercing here, instead I went to a place in Berkley which was a huge mistake because I had a terrible infection for months and got ripped off. I came here a couple weeks ago to get my very first tattoo. I'm 22 and HATE needles but their parlor is beyond elegant and clean. I haven't ever been to a more welcoming tattoo parlor. The receptionist is amazing, all artists have amazing work. All of my friends get theirs done here by different people so I was open to anyone because they're all awesome by the looks of it. I have been going to this shop for going on 3 years for my tattoos and piercings.Until this point i have never had a bad experience up until recently. I went in for a tattoo that has a log of meaning to me and planned on getting a full sleeve. At the time, January 2019, they only had one artist working. I understand it can be overwhelming but his scheduling and professionalism was very sub par. Within the month that we had texted back and fourth he had not even started the design that he had promised to have done in two weeks. Within this time he got me mixed up with another client and told me he had me booked, I had even taken off work to get this tattoo done. It wasn't until I messaged him the day before asking to see my design that he told me he had booked a different client and hadn't started my design. I went back in March and booked an appointment with the previous artist I had gone to who was guest spotting at the shop. Freshly done the tattoos looked amazing. However once healed I was able to see the truth. I have had two tattoos done by this artist and followed his instruction for aftercare, which included using the tattoo butter sold at the shop. I am very upset and disappointed with how they healed and the quality overall. It will take thousands of dollars and I will have to cover up the work to fix them. I went to the extent of emailing the owner, I received a response saying that he was addressing the situation and I would hear from him soon. It has been two weeks and I have yet to hear back. I am sad to say I will not be returning to the shop. read more

Later I got my second tattoo done by Brian and he also did my corset piercing. The shop is very clean and the artists are respectful and more than willing to work with you on what you want. They're all extremely artistic and draw up wonderful custom pieces. In addition their prices are very fair and they maintain a professional attitude throughout the process of choosing/designing a tattoo as well as the execution and subsequent aftercare. Personally if I hadn't relocated to TX I would have gone back for all of my subsequent pieces, however since I only go back about twice a year unfortunately that isn't possible.
