Five star service…read more I got an oil change over the weekend and the mechanic didn't put the belly pan on correctly after they were done. Part of it came off and started dragging while I was driving on the highway the next day. I called Brown's tow service on a Sunday night. I was stuck on I-70 west ten minutes from Topeka and the tow truck came 15 minutes after I called! Wow, quick service. Cost of towing was $60 flat rate with $3 a mile after that. The tow truck driver was friendly and kind. After towing my car to my apartment, he brought out his tool kit and helped me screw on my belly pan in 40 degree weather, free of charge. He was also very knowledgeable about cars and explained why this might've happened. I highly recommend Brown's tow service and am so grateful for this gentleman.

I ended up having to call them twice and waited 3 weeks for them to finally ship it. Wrong part was sent, I called and the sales rep Larry said it was the right part. I sent him 4 photos that clearly showed it was the wrong one. The part number on it showed it belonged to a different car. I've called and he keeps telling me to provide different info which I do each time. He never gets back to me I have to keep calling for an update. The 1st place I was not impressed with and they wouldn't even give me an estimate for my windshield. When I walked in to Jayhawk I was greeted right away and told the guy I needed an estimate for my windshield, which he did w/out any hesitation.
