The Tint Guy is true pro and offers a lifetime warranty on his service. He provides you Information on what to expect over the next couple weeks, how to clean the tinted window film, and makes it clear that should anything go wrong, he'll replace it for free, for the life of the vehicle and same owner. I'd recommend him 10 times over anyone else!! The fact that he uses such high quality product to tint the vehicle windows and provides a lifetime warranty is extra fabulous!! Many places charge an arm and a leg to use higher quality materials and provide a warranty, but he's got very competitive pricing and I highly recommend you make sure you have all to him before committing to anywhere else!! We picked out our stuff (of course he didn't tell us we were getting fabric above our price range until we were getting rung up for our deposit). He then proceeded to tell us that we couldn't bring in our chair for about 6 months, so April, and it would be done between June/July. Just went to check on it in September since I hadn't heard anything since I dropped it off and it hasn't even been started. DONT TAKE CUSTOMERS OR CUSTOMERS MONEY IF YOU CANT DO THE JOB IN THE TIMEFRAME YOU SAY YOU ARE GOING TO OR HAVE TOO MANY OTHER PROJECTS. Why am I paying 1000+ for something idk if I'll ever see again. Will not be a repeat customer or recommend.

I needed the reupholstery of my sofa and loveseat to be completed before Thanksgiving (mid November) 2014. I was assured that it would be completed on time. It was not. The sofa was finally picked up from my house AFTER Thanksgiving. I didn't have the sofa for Christmas with family. The grandkids thought that was funny - grandma had to sell her furniture to buy gifts for the great grandkids. The sofa was finally delivered AFTER Christmas. I got the loveseat delivered by the end of January 2016. The upholstery work is very good. It was expensive, but all reupholstery is expensive. Just don't believe them when they say the work will be completed when you want it. What ever date they tell you, add 3 to 4 months.

I took seats into this business the middle of March. The owner Tom told me I would have my seats…read morethe first week of April. I have stopped by on a weekly basis since then and have been given excuse after excuse as to why they are still not done. His machine broke, he didn't have the materials (even when he was given a substantial deposit up front, so he could order the supplies) his plumbing at home broke, etc., etc. Each week when I stopped by I was promised that they would be done by the next week. Tom never called to tell me he was having problems, he just waited until I showed up to make excuses as to why he couldn't complete my seats but he always seem to be working on other projects! Each week it has been a new excuse. It is now almost the end of May and I still don't have my seats back. I would not recommend this business to anyone!
