After already paying $160, I shouldn't have to pay another substantial fee just because it wasn't sized properly the first time. If I'm paying a professional jeweler for resizing, I expect it to actually fit once the work is completed. I specifically chose to support this local business but was left extremely disappointed and taken advantage of as a customer. Being asked to spend over $300 for a basic bracelet resize is unacceptable. There are other jewelers in the area that charge a fraction of the cost for the same service ($60-$70). I expected better customer service & a more reasonable solution. Would not recommend.

He saw me sitting on the bench waiting for my husband to get the car and pick me up. He took a minute from his job to help me to the car and be sure I was buckled in. He ended up only charging us $6 per watch, since he said the job ended up being easier rather than harder, which is a really nice deal. I asked them how long they've been in business, also; they've been at this location for five years, but they used to be at 16 and Dequindre for 25 years before that. (so, needless to say, they know their craft!)
