After being asked to wait 30 minutes for a manager, that manager told me he could only do in-store credit, and that there were no other comparable tablets (the rest were half the size or designed for children) This place wasted both my time and my money and I will never be going back.

I was able to get the battery replaced, but they were not able to get the crystal or back resealed, so it's currently not considered waterproof. Meanwhile he's deducting a nice 10-20% discount on the value of the silver?? I'm handing you essentially cash, I expect cash in return. Especially when I'm giving you silver at a huge discount. I'll just sell it online where I get the full value of the silver and buyer/seller both avoid paying a 3rd party anything.
