Their branches are small, and their employees take the time to get to know their customers. I don't go in terribly often but the staff always knows who I am and has a welcoming smile on their face. Even better, they waive ATM fees! Whenever I've dealt with loans or other issues, their management has always been top-notch in making sure that every detail is taken care of. They don't try to upsell me on their other products, either. Very customer focused!
