We all got a free drink for this event. And the services from Capital One cafe were splendid! I ordered matcha latte with extra matcha shot, but the matcha taste wasn't strong enough for me. Ok, I have to admit that I was unsure about the idea of a bank having a cafe and was really just drawn in for the discount. But this place is REALLY GOOD. I got the strawberry matcha, and the matcha was high quality and the bright green color you want to see in a matcha. The strawberry also paired so nicely. Ordered: iced honey lavender latte Such a cozy cafe in the mall. The service is always fast and friendly! Plenty of seating to work or hang out. A very nice space with lots of seating, tables, etc. The coffee drink I tried, Gingersnap latte (seasonal offer), was amazing! So tasty that when I was in the area the following week, I had to get another. Getting 50% off with my Capital One card was the cherry on top. Prices are very reasonable to start with, in line with (or even cheaper than) other coffee shops. This is located right across from the Apple Store. A place I want to gate keep!! If you're a capital one card holder, this cafe is a no brainer. You get 50% off drinks which is so worth it, not to mention they taste really good! I also tried the avocado toast which was tasty and full of fresh veggies (unfortunately no picture cause I ate it too fast). It's a remote worker's dream location as there's plenty of comfortable seating and outlets everywhere. The hours are also far better than most of the cafes that close before most people finish work. There are private meeting rooms that you can reserve as well. The only downside is that you have to walk through the mall to get here, but I think it's worth it and I'll definitely be coming back here again! read more

Came here soon after opening on a Saturday to study and get some work done. We were one of the first ones in and got a nice spot tucked in the back corner, with people trickling in and out throughout the day. I got a simple drip coffee while my wife got a Honey Ginger Latte, and we both got avocado toast to start our day. Unfortunately, they were out of arugula :( but the toast was scrumptious and filling! We have not been here before but really enjoyed the ambience: there are several booth seats for longer comfortable seating, standard small coffee tables for people stopping in solo or for a quick bite, and also a few "nooks" that are more isolated and in the back for people looking to focus a little bit more. As far as noise level, we were lucky it was not too busy and don't mind some light background noise (music was not too loud at all), but good thing that's what noise cancelling headphones are for Looking forward to coming back here and trying out different menu items! read more

Extremely Poor Service... my sister and I walked into the cafe in Kenwood today 6/29... three employees engaged in deep conversation with each other... as we stood there the male employee said "you looked perplexed...", not can I help you?.... we then decided we just wanted tea... the young lady behind the counter asked if we wanted green or black tea, we both said black... she gave us, green... we stated "sorry but we asked for black... she said ok, made new ones and placed them in front of us... slammed down straws and no thank you or anything... then tea was warm, had a tiny amount of ice... I decided to just drink it, my sister asked for addl. ice since we paid $3.50 per glass, the girl just splashed more ice in cup and said nothing... I said well, if I were going to ask about a capital acct or card, I'm not now... the third employee with blonde hair and dark roots never looked up from her cell phone as she was standing at info. desk... no capital card for me!!!!
